This kind of score was always on the cards. I'm surprised anyone's surprised

Looking at his scores over the last few days, he seems to tire towards the end of the meeting, which isn't surprising given his age, size and the workload he's put through (6 or 7 rides).

Really? Their guests scored 22 points, which is 20 more than the riders they replaced would've scored.

First time I've seen him race last night at Rye for Belle Vue. First impressions are he looks very tidy on the bike. Looks about 12 though

Kenny Bowdery posted a short video of himself practicing, maybe at Iwade. Should be back in the side soon, at number 8 initially, but with Macauley Leake injured today this may change.

If everyone played fair there wouldn't have to be so many rules. Unfortunately some teams will manipulate them to gain an unfair advantage.

Fair doesn't come into it. Scunthorpe Speedway is dying on it's arse. They'll do anything to strengthen and keep what dwindling support they have left

Cheap perhaps, but cheerful after that? Not having a proper number one will cost the Bandits dear, especially later on in meetings. Strength in depth rarely works.

Isn't it time there was an independent body running the sport. You can't have promoters of other teams deciding the future of another club, it's madness. As a compromise, why not allow the signing of Cook, but use a 3 point guest when he's double booked for Belle Vue

Branford definitely has something about him. Fire in his belly and never say die attitude. That's what people like to see. I can see a bit of Garrity in him when he first came to Rye and could be bothered. Shame the promoters dumped Rob when Robert Lambert upped his demands. Was great watching Rob & Ben team riding on Sunday

Put it this way. If his name wasn't Karger we would never have heard of him. From all reports he's a really nice bloke, but unfortunately not up to the standard required. As a fan who pays through the gate I expect the best side the promotion can afford to put out there within budget. Sentiment doesn't come into it.

If you saw Peter Kargers scores in Denmark it was obvious he wasn't top notch. Would've been better to get him over for a few days for a try out to see how he looked. Maybe time constraints due to Klindt quitting forced the promotions hand, but whoever sanctioned that signing needs to have a word with themselves. Puts extra undue pressure on Ben Morley and will undoubtedly lose us meetings we should be winning. I can't see any improvement in Peter unfortunately.
