What is the Millenium Stadium policy on air horns you blow into as opposed to the gas canister type?
I've got an England one from the last Euro Championships, about a foot long... I s'pose I could hide it down my trouser leg, but then it'd probably attract attention
Spot on Mr Bramble...It takes a Rye House fan to get to the point.
It amazes me that the usual suspects on here seem to think they know better than ex riders who have years of top class speedway experience behind them.
Just watching the re run on SS4
Did Nigel Pearson really say that Somerset fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Lubos Tomicek isn't as badly injured as first thought?
I'd wager they have their fingers crossed hoping he misses their next home meeting
Bleedin' disgrace... I'll be smuggling my drink in this year and certainly won't be buying anything to eat in there... I refuse to pay the over inflated prices they charge in the Millenium Stadium... I couldn't believe what they were charging for a simple bottle of water AND they removed the cap before allowing me to walk away.
It should've been the top 8 finishers in the NL last year, but then Mildenhall wouldn't have been appearing, which would've been rather embarrassing considering they're hosting the meeting!!
There's your answer as to why the teams were drawn from a hat
I was planning to attend this, but apparantly I've got to take the other half to Newport to see them take on the Berwick Bandits on that date
Disagree... Smith, Hughes, Owen and Strudwick would wipe the floor with those... I agree it does seem unfair that stand alone sides miss out.
They're not the same place are they?
Crystal Palace Athletics Stadium stands on the site of the old Crystal Palace dirt track.
I'm not 100% sure, but I assume that the track at White City Stadium in London was partly laid on top of the athletics track?
You're not an fan of the moanarchs, so you shouldn't care.
The poster is obviously excited after their first meeting of the season, don't be a killjoy Paulco
Just for the record, I don't care either
I hope that everyone who made a fruitless journey to Somerset tonight thanks Len Silver next time he saves you time and money by calling off a fixture early.
All indications were that there was no way that tonight's meeting would take place.
At least you can see Craig puts some effort into it ... The rest of the "presentation" I can imagine has changed very little since the early 70's. To be honest it's rather embarrassing.

But not the worst Stadium, that's Stoke.
Unless you were actually there your comments mean zit.
I've seen a lot worse, every other summer Saturday evening on Sky Sports during the GP's.
