  1. Not much exciting out of the BSPA conference. Top news is that we host a GB v Australia test match
  2. 9.50ish Would love to see him back, but I can't see him doubling up at this stage of his career Could be Simon Lambert that Ben was on about. Robert isn't eligible to race in the PL until April 2014
  3. I was with him playing an online speedway game last night. I should've asked!!
  4. Wasn't much fun for me on this years Northern tour. Abandoned after 6 heats at Edinburgh, soundly beaten at Berwick, then a total wash out at Newcastle.
  5. If Luke decides to call it a day I can see him spannering for someone at Rye. He'll be involved in one way or another
  6. Absolutely correct. He's often been quoted as loving the Rye track, so can't see why he wouldn't contemplate it, unless his services aren't required?
  7. Lanham struggled at number 1 at Ipswich. I reckon you can write off Doolan, doesn't fancy the travelling.
  8. No chance of him travelling this far south every week
  9. Something that needs to be addressed during the winter is the club website. For any professional sports club not have a website in this day and age is an embarrassment and a disgrace. Communication between the club and supporters needs improving.
  10. What's the formula for converting EL to PL averages, is it +60%?
  11. Bloody hell, I can't believe the bitterness of some people. Scunthorpe have their name on the trophy, flawed system or not. Get over yerselves.
  12. I was never convinced we'd come away from Berwick with enough points, but with Adam Roynons unfortunate injury and his replacement Ryan Fishers disappointing form there was really never any doubt. Still not convinced that a team finishing second from bottom should be celebrating. A satisfactory end to a disappointing season with much to look forward to in 2013
  13. If that side doesn't get the punters back, then nothing will. I doubt we'll see Charlie again. Ricky Kling was dropping big hints on Twitter about joining the Rockets, but you have to be careful with social media, as I've recently discovered! It'll be strange to see a majority foreign Rye House side after years of watching an almost fully British line up.
  14. We abandoned that by mutual consent as one by one the riders we chose were lost to injury.
  15. No regrets Bolly. Pretty cheesed off and I'm not the only one. B4e moaning about Bunyans bike and having it examined because he was too quick I'm told there was a healthy crowd there tonight despite the poor weather, which is good news I'm currently on the early stages of a head cold, so perhaps sitting about in the cold rain for a couple of hours a few days before flying out on holiday wouldn't have helped Oh, you can forget about Doolan. My connections tell me he doesn't fancy the travelling although he loves the track and set up.
  16. I take no pride in Rye House winning this trophy. To finish second bottom and walk away with a prize is just plain ridiculous! Let's hope common sense prevails and this worthless fixture filler is consigned to the history books and quickly forgotten.
  17. Berwick are a friendly club. I'm always made welcome when I'm up. Interesting goings on at Rye
  18. Some of them have been trying to get me in Bandits colours for years
  19. I like McFlurrys, but I don't go around dressed as Ronald McDonald
  20. Great news, but no surprise I still can't believe you were happy to be photographed in, let alone wear another sides colours, drunk or not. I'd rather put my testicles through a mincer than wear any other sides colours but my own!!
