A win is a win, but I’m not overly convinced.
Positives are Dale Wood who is a definite upgrade on Freddie Hodder. I like his tenacity.
Kemp is the top guy, no doubt and I’m presently surprised by Cookie, he looks happier than I’ve seen him for ages.
His clashes with Charles Wright were fascinating.
I’d love to seen Wright as a Bandit one day.
Sam Hagon is a real worry though, especially the way Jake Mulford passed him wish ease on the back straight. He’s nowhere near the rider we saw come up with Poole last season.
Another gripe is the track. Used to seeing riders go high and wide on bends three and four and swoop down the home straight, but there seems to be little help there at all.
