Im not sure the aussies wanted to go straight through to the final, I think they would prefer to have the practice in the race-off. As for deliberately dropping points, maybe the aussies have learnt from a couple of years ago when one of the Poles (KK I think), let Crump go past on the line, only for the Poles to be able to use a tactical joker (brought in Hampel) that cost the aussies the World Cup. I have a question, how many tactical subs can be used?

Speedway should always come before wrestling although to be fair the only reason it's not on instead of the wrestling is because football first has to start at 8.25. Do you know if the sky player (online) shows the red button action as I can access that via my mates login?

It's an absolute disgrace this red button problem. I pay virgin for my sky sports and should not have to miss out just because there is a clash, either sky should make red button facility available to virgin or they should put sports that have to be moved to red button free on the their website. I pay virgin a lot of money for my sports and I also subscribe to sky sports on my mobile phone but again no red button. I appreciate it will probably be somewhere on the net in polish but I like the English commentary and the pundits in the studio. I will never go back to sky as their customer service is a joke.

We have seen Jokers played in the world cup and tactical substitutions but I dont think we have had a tactical substitution joker. Is this still allowed this year? Im sure it was used last year

I don't remember too many wet GP's over the last few years but I seem to recall AJ winning in the wet. Was that win in Sweden too. And are there any other good performers in the wet?

I hadn't been speedway since I was a kid (mid thirties now) at hackney but I watch all the televised meetings throughout the year and decided to go to Rye House as it's quite local, there was a quality line up and it was for a good cause. I was almost put off going by some of the posters on here talking about drunken behaviour however Im glad I wasnt. I hardly saw anyone drinking let alone bad behaviour so i cant understand why people feel they have to be negative all the time. I found the racing enjoyable, the people friendly and if I could make a recommendation it would be to put in a play area for the kids as my were bored quite quickly, and maybe turn up the volume on the sound system a tiny bit. I came away thinking, I will definitely be coming back to watch the speedway
