  1. CL just tweeted a thank you to Scott Campos for stepping in... Does that mean no Ellis Perks due to regs or is someone else missing.... Ahhhhh
  2. Kids go FREE again tonight and JJ and Danyon available for autographs and photos between 6:45 and 7:-- something Massif Buffet building fast too. Come Along and Bang A Gong
  3. Lets hope so. And thanks for noticing :-) Oh dear Dandelion, I was very much joking. After all the rubbish that has been posted against me recently, your post was as harmless as harmless can be. Please don't take umbrage, the Massif love you Dandelion. Keep those posts coming girl :-)
  4. Congratulations Ellis Perks both on your U19 Triumph and his call up into the Ipswich Team as a Guest.
  5. Uncalled for personal attack on a BSF Member Dandelion. Apology required. We may be weird but we know the Forum Regs, If you have no excuse, then I guess that that answers that, thank You.
  6. I guess lollies don't last, but then nor will this hot weather, amazing as it has been. It was so hot on the IoW ferry yesterday that it was really unhealthy.
  7. Thank you for your kind offers, but seriously I do not have a bean (or a litre of diesel) to get me to Foxhall tomorrow and after all the insults on here, and what has happened recently in my home and work life I don't know if will have the energy.
  8. Ohhh, I love that under my chin one. I have just eaten two Co-Op magnum rip offs and the third is looking edible too. All for a £1
  9. Danny Phillips debut at Foxhall. It could go either way. And your excuse is exactly....? Brilliant. Love It. Hehehehehehehehe, love it Sue. I hope it worked otherwise you might feel a right twit, lol (Blinking auto correct mashed that joke - ie take the "w" out of twit
  10. Good one, then you can take my place in the Massif End (of the stadium) when I leave, plus it will give you something else to blow as a change to what you said in a PM that you normally enjoy blowing. I would guess that you have an advantage on the rest of us too. Would you give your trumpet a name? Would it begin with the letter "K"? Don't read much then do you? Maybe you should ask "lewy" to show you his technique...? EDIT: Ellis Perks finished 2nd with 14pts behind the winner and maximum man Max Clegg in the U19 Championship at Perry Barr tonight. So Ellis got through unscathed - even riding in Heat 15 which hasn't been very lucky for current and past Ipswich riders the past 48 hours. Think he will score well tomorrow unless Danny Phillips takes to Foxhall on his first ever visit.
  11. You two bar stewards picking up on my fat thumb mistypes now too, lol. I hate you Butler. Yes, ratherh. It is a Scottish word (just ask The Scotsman), of unknown derivative. Wiki Words says: "ratherth" - a word of Scottish origin, meaning a very tired or sometimes alcohol influenced version of the word "rather". i.e. "Nae ye werry Willy Wallace, we wud ratherth die fighting these pigs of Edward's Army than shag their missus." This extracted from the adult movie, "Brave Tart" directed by Mel Gibbons. I am not planning on coming, no. Not really needed and haven't got any money after following the Witches No. 7 all over the country. Can't contribute to the Buffet, so would be a bit embarrassing and can't blag a freebie tomorrow. Haven't been paid for a couple of months and, have my rearranged meeting with my ex employer at 10:00 am tomorrow, followed by another meeting with Suffolk Constabulary to see if there has been any progress on the Theft & Assault case. So quite a biggie day psychologically tomorrow buddy. I'l get the money for the Fours dvd to you asap, but may have to wait until my pension payment on 23rd if that is ok? Well done on the Buffet idea. It has really taken off. Just hope the weather doesn't mess it up. Another thing is that I have nog been to a BBQ in tihs country that has been successfully staged outdoors due to the weather. So with the macca luck striking both Cam and Dan in Heat 15's within 48 hours of each other, any connection between me and the Massif Buffet would be negative. (If you fancy being an Administrator on the BSF Massif Facebook page (currently along with me Pob and Baldy, please PM me your Facebook log-in and I will set you up. )
  12. WTF? Another great contribution to this Thread Lukas. Thanks. Starry, Gavan has already made his excuses as to why he won't be seen on the Heath tomorrow with his cocktail sausage and a novelty blow up: Gavan said: "No unfortunatly. I work in car sales very busy time for me so get out of work until 8pm most nights but that is easing off so fingers crossed we get in and i can get to a few more matches as only been 4 times this season and none since June" And I thought he worked in a bookies as his knowledge of all things Sport of Kings is so awesome....?
  13. So Plymouth's season finishes after Saturday? That is when the air fence panels are returned to Foxhall then? So will you and your partner be bringing them so that we can have a face to faces chat, or do you find other things to do during the close season? Do you watch the football, or the rugby? What do you do to occupy yourself during the winter? Do you have a winter break? Do you celebrate Christmas at home - good will to all men and all that? Do you open up your home and forgive and forget on New Year's Eve. Let old acquaintance and all that...? Do you and your partner make New Year Resolutions? Do you keep them? Would be so nice to know a little bit more about a fellow BSF member.
  14. Here comes the sun, doo de doo doo, Here comes the sun, and and I say, its all right de de de de de etc. C'mon the sun! Don't rain on the Witches parade and the Massif Buffet. Rain rain go away, come back another day.
  15. Thanks HT. Always good to get agreement and support from a real speedway fan. Wow?! So are you another pseudonym for, or a mate o,f the person who was banned for calling me the four letter word beginning with a "C"? Thanks for your meaningful and worthwhile contribution to this Thread. I enjoyed it. PMSFL. This is another example of why I am done with it all at the end of this season. Just not enjoyable anymore. EDIT: Oh no, I remember now, you were the one who had a go at me for having a friendly jibe at a Sigalos fan a while ago. Obviously been saving another tirade up for a while. Hey ho, sticks stones, water off a duck's back - Quack Quack.
  16. Ellis Perks then. If he rides like he did at Kent on Monday, great. If he rides like he did against Kent at Perry Barr, not so great. No, fantastic option, IMO
  17. Just go in as the Massif ratherth an yourself, should work fine. If you need a password, let me know by PM You can have a go on the Guess the Rider Quiz too?
  18. PQuote from a Post on 18 Aug 16 "I agree with Mick the Muppet regarding Danyon Hume although he has great potential I feel he is out of his depth in the Premier League and at the moment he is a danger to himself and other riders I would be very interested in other peoples opinions on this subject. Now, who would that have been hiding behind one of their BSF usernames? Haven't seen them post subsequent to the Workington match. Maybe banned?
  19. You should be able to act as an Administrator on the Massif FB Page now Pob (as can baldyman)
  20. Didn't say it was you buddy and don't think Dan would have been ready for the PL at the start of the season, but his leaps and bounds 2016 has propelled him into that stature now. Could've been a disaster seeing him in the Witches No. 7 jacket at the start of the season but you can't ignore him now. Lots of things planned for him before the start of 2017 and, dependent on the league make up, expect him to be doing NL and PL again next season and gaining a bit of EL experience too First saw him in demo races at Coventry and then in an amateur meeting at Scunthorpe (was he a Buxton rider then?) and you could tell then that there was a very fast motorbike rider who had the makings of a speedway rider there. poultec, Danny and Richard (who must take a huge amount of credit) have brought the speedway rider out. Anyone who keeps JPB and Jack Smith at Reserve is a half decent 2nd t=year NL rider. #onwardandupwarddanyon.
  21. Now come on Pob. There were a number of Posts on here saying that Danyon was dangerous to himself and other riders and that there was no way that he was PL standard. A couple of them were quite brutal. I can find them and quote them if you really want me to. I always maintained that he was good enough, and that he would be a GB International in 5 years time - well, he kind of achieved that last night racing overseas and captaining the Team GB Young Lions U23 team.
  22. Cool. I can set up multiple orgasms log-ins now so will do. Thanks I don't rememberf whose idea this Buffet thing was (was it beerhut?) but it has really taken off. Well done guys. It should be a great success. Has anyone organised, tables, table clothes, candles, waiters and waitresses? EDIT: Oh and if anyone wants to borrow the mega mega phone, tom tom and pick up some baboons, then please PM me and we can arrange somewhere. Thanks
  23. Ipswich, with Rye House donating the fee to the Ben Fund. They wouldn't do that would they? What? They have already? Ahhhh. Danyon Hume of course. I wonder if the sponsors' enclosure will be ready for the last few home meetings.... Mmmmmh No holding breath here.
  24. Sue did? Did what? Was it Sue who did for Danyon? Funny how people were coming on here lambasting the lad and saying he was dangerous and not up to PL standard and now he is... well, irreplaceable. Amazing.
  25. That's just Mad, Max... The lose of Danyon's points, personality and infectious enthusiasm and beaming smile will all count against the witches beating the Diamonds by more than 12 points.
