We were there too !! great afternoons racing. Have to say we were absolutley gutted for Scunny. Heat 15 was so cruel.

Where we stand we were in direct line when Lewi came off and no way was this game play. Well done to both teams. An enjoyable meeting which didn't end how we would have liked it but well done to Cradley. Twists and turns for both teams. Adam Roynon was in a class of his own. Great to see him racing again. Let's hope he has an injury free season.

Has been a lot of support for Adam who is riding tonight. Hopefully a bike fund will be set up to help all the young riders at KL.

Rode for Young Stars at Newport last week. Young Stars won.

Won't be there, sorry. Up home for holidays in Northumberland otherwise we always attend lower league racing but very rare Pl and never EL.

We echo that. A cracking meeting with the YS in great form. Kerr and Rayson YSs and Howarth BV oustanding tonight. McKinna deserved more for his effort. Special thanks must go to Ashley Birks who was a great guest for the YSs especially tonight riding with an injury to his shoulder. These lads are made of strong stuff. Shame it was the last league match for the YSs. Won't be able to make it to see meeting in October. Hoping to go to Belle Vue 4th Sept but unsure if we can at the moment.

we cannot either. used to sept/oct finishes. feel as though we haven't seen much speedway at all this season with so few fixtures.

That used to be used years ago and was known as a tac sub. much better in my opinion even if the YS did win yesterday, the B/W helmet is crushing to home supporters if their team is winning by a fair margin.

Finding it hard to remember the last Young Stars meeting we went to !! Think it was back in June !!!!

I realised late last night, when hubby reminded me, that there was a meeting next week at the NA, so will look forward to see my mate CDW ride the NA soon. As I said we will miss next week because we are on holiday. Maybe we can fit Ipswich in.

Thank you Martin, I knew there was a God up there somewhere. My problem is solved. It is not the getting there that is the problem, I cannot carry my chair which I need and use crutches at the same time. I could view from the main stand which is a shorter walk so I wouldn't need crutches but I prefer to be at the first bend to view the meeting. I was hoping a gallant young man may have offered to carry my chair for me !! :D I hope meeting is not arranged for next week as we are on holiday !! Got to see CDW race at the NA.

This will be second meeting in a row we will have to miss because of the boss is working, doesn't happen very often though, just unfortunate this year. I may try and get myself but it is difficult for me on my own, unable to carry chair and use crutches !!! so looks like I will miss young Chris. :cry:

just checked KL weather on yahoo and the rain has disappeared and forecast is sunny/cloudy 19c so hope it stays that way
