Along way out with melgren and Aspgren averages Allen 8.77 Melgren 7.13 Aspgren 7.04 Nelson 5.99 Bunyan 5.73 Garrity 5.35 Total 40.01 Would love to have Robert Lambert in next year but just can't see him riding a Saturday track. Boxall could return but on what average?

Kent Kings V Dudley Heathens 26th Aug **3pm Start**

How about Robert Lambert ? Joking really. Steve Worrall or Joe Jacobs probably the more obvious choices. -
If he rides them yes. If he doesn't he will get a converted elite average. Which is higher than his rolling prem average.
-
I think it takes 6 league matches to get an average this year. So with Berwick having 6 left to ride. If he completes all 6 he will qualify as having a Prem average for this season.

If Jason is unfit. Would we still have to operate with a NL substitute?. Normally you are allowed a guest for your top reserve,
-
According to Rye press release on main website Garrity is back for Rye next Saturday against Ipswich at reserve in the new averages. Does this mean that Pontus has done enough meetings for his average to rise, as at the moment it shows less than Jason's. Pontus 5.25 Jason 5.35

Rye House V Leicester Saturday 10.08.13

Who else could we pick. Will only get 3 rides I presume, hope he can pick up a couple of points. Perhaps he would be better off at 2,3 or4 !!!!! -

Rye would be better off using R/R. Aspgren flying at the moment. I believe we have to use a NL guest as Rye House re declared their 1-7 with Garrity in it to fit Aspgren in when Lambert was dropped. Until Garrity rides or we redeclare again Garrity will have to be replaced by a NL rider. I suppose the reason behind all this is stop teams manipulating the rules by declaring an injured rider then using R/R to cover him all the time. A decent reserve can make all the difference. Hope that helps to clarify the situation. Hope i'm right in what i have said. -

Think it's been opened once this year. I think it was because of a big meeting at the Rye kart way stadium. Some speedway people use the Kart stadium to park and enter via pit entrance, mind the big hole in the car park entrance when you come in. Ok when it's dry as you can see it, but after rain it just looks like a puddle. Perhaps Lens filled in now after Shadders damaged his car wheel in it. -
with Rye only allowed to use a NL rider to cover for Garrity, Ben becomes the obvious choice, even though he will struggle being in the main body of the team. Probably only get 3 rides. Strange situation for Ben in that if he does too well for Kent and ups his average too much he will be unable to do such bookings.

Workington V Rye House - 3/8/2013 - 7pm
iand replied to Lord Lucan's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Best we can do is about 40pts, with Josh, Anders and Pontus hopefully getting double figures. Only been to Workington once, remember it well with Piscz riding like a madman around the boards and spraying alot of the crowd on bends1-2 with shale. -
Green sheet averages on BSPA show Rye have already declared with averages showing Allen 8.77 Melgren7.13 Nelson 5.99 Bunyan 5.73 Garrity 5.35 Asprgen 5.25 Lykke 4.27 Just noticed rye press release showing no Allen Garrity and Nelson this weekend . Grajznek for Allen, Hopwood for Garrity and R/R for Nelson.

Not bad for someone who was taking a complete rest for a month.

Just started raining 10mins away from track in nazeing. Still raining hard with thunder and lightening, correct call to call off the match. Gutted it was postponed as I had the night off from work.

People a while ago were talking about the new Manchester National stadium being used for SWC final. Brits seeded straight to the final. Would will be arguing for it or against it?
-
Very disappointed with Nicolai Klindt last night. His 1st time at rye but never seemed comfortable. Compare that to Pontus who looks very good around Rye, good debut last week against a strong Edinburgh side and 6 race wins last night, most of which were from the back. Hope he stays for the rest of the season.

Kent Kings V Isle Of Wight Koc 24th June

Someone like Brendon Johnson on about 5.2 who might be able to replace one of the 3 pointers. Mark Owen is he on the comeback trail? -

Will Ellis be the main team, surely he must be getting near to a new proper average. Also on the subject of averages when will Stevie B get a new average which might drop to give Kent a few extra points to play with. -

When is the 2nd leg? Or have I missed it? -
When people were talking about Steve Boxalls high average 11.38 someone said he would a new one this year after just 4 league meetings, but do not have to be 2H and 2A. Would this be different because Steve already has an average? Can anyone explain this rule please?

I presume we are after R/R for Mear on 7.4 rather than the man he replaced Garrity on 4.79ish. Sort of makes a big difference. How about Roynon would he fit?
