  1. 237 - I must admit I often have to look closely at pictures of the Moran brothers of the era - not always easy to distinguish apart! Thanks chunky.

  6. Just what I thought Dekker. I'm fairly certain this is correct so I think rusky might have to wait for his anorak................maybe we should have one each eh Dekker? Thanks Dekker.
  7. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. I didn't think it was Bent Rasmussen - I had it down as someone else. Can we ask the audience on this one? Anorak awarding ceremonies will come later................. Thanks rusky.

  16. .........not necessarily the end Trackman. Wasn't quite sure of the level of interest but I'm happy to keep going until the pictures run out...............will add another 100, starting today. My interest in showing all these pics is purely to take a trip down memory lane with those familiar with the era (early-mid 80's), and to show pictures of riders of yesteryear, for those who are not................... Thaks for the kind words by the way Trackman.
  17. I think we were agreed on this. Thanks Tac Sub.
  18. I thought it was Kenny Mckinna too, but we've since had it confirmed as being Peter Carr. In fact I have a first bend pic from the same race just after the tapes went up and it can clearly be seen to be Mr Carr, of the Peter variety. Thanks Tac Sub.
  19. Can't be sure but don't think so. Thanks Tac Sub.
  20. I'm more than happy to accept that! - was the final score from the meeting 40-38 with the Aces getting a 5-1 in heat 13 please?? Thanks Chunky.
  21. I'll try and locate photos from the same meeting which might help establish who 90 is. My thoughts (from memory) were that it was a junior rider - Guy Wilson seems a very good shout and seems to ring a few bells with me. I'll see if I can find out any further clues.............. Thanks Chunky
  22. Mr Courtney it is. Thanks Tac Sub.
  23. I think we're just left with 195 now. I didn't think this one would be too hard. Rode for one of the Tigers' northern BL rivals at one time, did this former British junior champion..............
