I would have taken a chance on Dan hoping that his fast gating would have created a different mix on the first and second bend….. but it’s all water under the bridge now and no real point in looking back. Lawson and Cook were immaculate in the final heat.

Practice and sprint racing are an unnecessary evil. Turning up, having a draw and guessing the set ups would make it a far more level playing field I my opinion.
