Believe me stefan bikes are not the same as a few years ago. We didn't buy new covers for this year as money was tight. We spent the money instead on engines and other parts. We have tried to much and spent so much money on trying to sort his bikes at. We think we have found the problem, but you never know until you race it.

That was what I was told by the machine examiner and by the team manger. I'm his mechanic so I knew what was happening in the pits. Please don't knock the people that are helping the boys. I collapsed during the meeting and had to get medical treatment.

Stefan had to go out on the 1st bike, we changed the ignition system which we thought was the problem. New rule this year and that is you have to use the same tyre on both bikes. We didn't have chance to change it. If he finished the race on the other bike he would have been excluded

What I found bad was the language being used by some off the Cradley supporters. I thought this was a family sport?

You seem to want anybody that helps overseas riders to resign from the postions. You just sit on a keyboard and slag people off for just helping Do you know how the MDL started? Chris

Last time a checked american riders cannot ride in NL. When the americans riders was over earlier in the year. I was asked by Len Silver to put a second half on at Rye House after the american meeting. I must of spent most of the day on the phone trying to get 8 riders, I also spend a large amount of time a training days with riders free of charge. When was the last time you did anything like that. Oldace I dont know who you are but I bet Kelvin has done more for BRITISH speedway than you can dream off. As Milton Keynes team manger its a hard job to get 4 riders to ride sometimes. I help the American touring team every and the U21 team squad, so that must make me as bad!!!!!!

Think you will find milton keynes WHERE willing to travel back to Belle Vue, but their are no dates availble. Throuble with Belle Vue is that the MDL have tried to race their and have 6 rain offs Belle Vue still have 1 more league fixture in the MDL against Coventry Mercia Vikings

Belle Vue dont want to travel to rye house again next week.

The track was really bad. 12 crashes i think. first few heats where really strung out. couple of good race. Not worth the £20 to get in!!!!!!!!!

I don't think their is any plans by stadia uk to build a speedway track at the new stadium. Don't forget stadia uk own swindon stadium and they are trying to kick the speedway out their. Last i heard from someone how works for them(stadia) the new stadium is going to built more towards the bowl then on elfield park.

As far as I understand Terry Cheney had the last laugh as he still owns the rights to any speedway promotion in Milton Keynes until 2017.

The reasons that Elfield Park closed had alot to do with a selection of other promoters wanting the place closed.
