  1. The public certainly voted with their feet tonight, and who can blame them. Mildenhall tried hard with their limited resources, but it was all over when the line ups were announced.
  2. keep it to 12, I'd be amazed if they kept it to 32 with their line up. It's just a shame that a cup final has been ruined by rider unavailability.
  3. The vast majority of stock car meetings are on Wednesday nights and bank holiday Mondays. I don't see how they could have an impact on Saturday speedway.
  4. Like you say, for a seaside town like Eastbourne not to have a full home fixture list in the summer months is insanety. They are not alone in this madness though, are they.
  5. ive only ever been to one double header at mildenhall. To say the track was slick in the second match is an understatement!
  6. Looking at the dates available, it's gonna have to be an evening meeting. Unless the eagles cancel their meeting next Sunday.
  7. I hope they make an early decision. I don't fancy travelling in risky weather later. The forecast looks much better tomorrow.
  8. the programme is a pound less at rye.
  9. Especially on a Monday or Thursday night.
  10. The sport has a history of making things up as it goes along. Confusion is the name of the game as far as speedway is concerned.
  11. That hasn't been the case with the NL play offs though has it. Belle vue, Kent and lakeside had priority in their semi final 2nd legs. Both Glasgow and Newcastle had fixtures on the same nights.
  12. It just says there is a lot of opposition to building houses on the site, and no one from Brandon estates was there to comment.
  13. You should know by now, that magic rarely travels to meetings north of Watford!
  14. NL racing, the best kept secret in British Speedway. Geograpically, what would I do without It!
  15. I earn decent money working in London, but with ever rising prices it's never enough!
  16. Whatever trade people work In, no one likes to divulge what they earn. I guess it's human nature!
  17. The meeting and the line ups were on Twitter sunday evening. I saw them while watching Peterborough v Glasgow!
