  1. Off topic but what are the play off dates cant find them anywhere? Im assuming 19th sept will be semi leg 1?
  2. Poole are in poor form away, i can't see them getting much from Wolves.
  3. Steve wind your neck in the crowd was over a 1000 at least last night stop this 200 nonsense, i dont care how you watched heat 15, i was there. The back straight was very busy and always has more fans than the home straight. Poole have great crowds but they dont have much to compete against, can you imagine if poole football played in the champions league on the same night? As for the meeting itself the racing was excellent and Kings Lynn were deserved winners and deserved the 4 point win. Not sure why Belle Vue were so bad im hoping it was just complacency. As for the race for top spot i think the Aces have to win all remaining home matches and possibly pick up a point away at poole. Monday is key, lose to poole and we wont finish top.
  4. Surely its a no brainer for wolves to bring woffy in? It would of been a disgrace if he had gone to poole for the play offs, but no issue with wolves seeing as hes a club asset.
  5. Of course its a good point, lakeside are excellent at home and its probably our worst away track, with our number 1 missing. Not everything is about bloody Poole.
  6. Excellent result for Belle vue that. We would of won with a full team. We are very strong away this season. 6 points clear at the top now.
  7. If your a belle vue fan who was going last night, why would an absent rider change your mind? You either support the Aces or you don't. The racing was good last night despite the scoreline, stop moaning and support your club. Be grateful we have a team to follow.
  8. 2 more meters and Lindgren would of won the race, he just left the blast round the outside too late.
  9. I can tell you that you wont get an overall speedway experience anywhere else like belle vue, the views and sound of the bikes and quality of the experience are second to none. Perfect views where ever in the stadium you sit/stand, close to the track and even at the lowest view point your are elevated above the track, looking down with the perfect view. The bikes roar like no other stadium due to the great acoustic barrier. The track is the best shape in the uk by far and racing will only get better as time goes by. The track allows four riders to ride out of there skin for four laps, close to each other without fear of crashing.
  10. It amazes me that when some go on about how good a meeting was, some ask how many passes was there. As a big speedway fan i dont judge great races on the number of passes. As an example i thought heat 15 last night was superb race between Lindgren and Fricke, no passes but fast close racing and a battle for four laps. Last night was a superb meeting. Also i can tell you watching live at this superb stadium is like no other in the elite league, the views, sound are second to none. No arguments can be had that the stadium and track are a complete success and it will only get better.
  11. Have a look on demand tomorrow they might put it on there.
  12. If Masters rides then Wolves cant use Hansen as a guest for PK they would then have to use r/r. So I presume Wolves don't want to cancel on Hansen, hence Masters still not riding.
  13. Seating in the temporary east stand are £45.00 total for both race off and final which is great value for 2 world class meetings.
  14. Just to add to robs post, the terracing is also temporary and will be replaced with concrete in the winter.
  15. There on order, the time they take is nothing to do with Belle Vue. Yes its stopped raining and according to the forecast isnt due to rain again tonight. Track is ready for action. What track has them? And in talking proper covers that do the job.
  16. Now this post is a bit more like it. I think your spot on with this idea. I think buying from box office on the day of meeting then yes you get given a seat, but if you go box office none meeting days or buy online you can choose your seat. Maybe even say the last 2 hours before a meeting you cant choose your seat. He spoke to belle vue when Swindon were up there and they agreed the practice. The crowd will also make it home advantage as it does motivate the riders. The track is like a polish track so our riders really need fast engines and some decent practice
  17. If i book my ticket and seat online, nobody else can take my seat so not sure what your point is. Once i book a seat nobody else can have the same seat. You do realise that there is only 1 ticket for each seat and its impossible for 2 people to have the same seat. So if i book a seat nobody else can possible have it. If your in the grandstand you sit where your ticket tells you to sit, sinple as that.
  18. Nonsense, this is a modern venue which should bring speedway into the modern world, you should be able to pick your seat, if i pre pay on my laptop i want to guarentee my seat, not have to turn up hours before just to get where i want. Speedway fans need to get with it not the other way around.
  19. Ahh right ok, well he told you wrong. I did the wall myself as today was my first time in the south stand.
  20. No you dont have to walk out of the stadium you can walk around the stadium grounds
  21. Yep rain may effect Belle Vue getting big meetings, just like its effected Vojens getting them all these years
  22. Great win last night and a real boost to our season, just need to get dialled in at home now and we have a great chance of the title.
