I couldn't disagree more on Mark Lemon, he has been fantastic for Belle Vue and dont forget we topped the league. Of course he makes the odd mistake, but hes not as experienced yet as Adams or Middlo. I think Adams is great but it was only last season a lot on here were saying its time for him to go. Back on Lemon im not sure what mistake he made last night as i can't remember any being his fault, the only thing i would of done different was nicholls or zagar in 15 for Worrall.

If the Aces are going to pull this back we need either a sensational start which see wolves using a tactical in heat 5 or as you say 8 points up going in heat 11 then bang in at least a 5-1 and a 4-2 from 11 and 12. Unfortunately though at Steve said its all hope, and we are all clutching at straws.

The most disappointing thing for me is the fact we have blown it again in leg 1 just like all our previous finals. There was no comeback then and there wont be one this tine either. Wolves will easily defend 18 points. An amazing stat is the Aces have an 100% win record in semi final legs 5 out of 5 and a 0% win record in final legs 5 out of 5 so far.

I agree 100% but i can tell you it was started by a wolves fan as i was stood next to it, but id blame both. It was also only 1 fan from each club the others were trying to calm it down. I was livid as my son nearly got stuck in the middle of it, not what you want or expect to see at speedway.

Well firstly congratulations to Wolves on a deserved win and almost certainly the Elite league title. What an absolutely shocking performance from the Aces who were out gated, out passed, out fought and out ridden. Its not as if we had any bad luck or poor decisions, wolves thoroughly deserved the 18 point win. I honestly cant see anyway back for the Aces now.

I suspect wolves will want a bigger lead than that. 6 points would be advantage Belle Vue imo

Steve i think is correct in that changes could happen and seem to have some substance, but this is again still only a rumore. One thing i can tell you is the rent at the new stadium is LESS than the dog track, it was well know that the rent belle vue paid at the old stadium was the highest in the league by far. Id say its far more financially viable run at the new stadium. Crowd's actually havent been that bad this season certainly higher than the dog track, and bigger than most other teams this season in the elite league. The issues the promotion have had are all down the season opening fiasco, without that there would be no problems. Either way i can tell you the future for speedway in Manchester is bright.

Yes belle vue will ride next year to think otherwise is absurd. Without doubt the opening meeting disaster has caused financial issues, but no where near the level of numbers being rumored on here.

Last year finishing 4th and being runners up was ok for me especially after being out of the playoffs for many years, but this year finishing top anything hut winning will be gutting. I am confident as i believe we are the best team, but i do know Wolves are more than capable of winning it also.

Zagar very good round wolves, capable of beating xny wolves rider. Nicholls and cook both like the track as do both worralla Lindgren will beat on Monday, he wont get a max.

Footballers are not self employed like speedway riders.

Hopefully they've got that on hand as otherwise i do think people will be turned away.

Why replace Zagar, why not ride with him? Id be surprised if zagar wasnt back at belle vue next season.

I think the big improvement of the Aces around the NSS could be a big factor, i feel we are finally dialled in, and wolves will find it harder than back in july if we continue our form. I feel if the Aces can keep it to 6 points at Wolves we will pull that back at home.

Its a play off final, i'd expect all fans of both teams are nervous. I dont think you will find one Aces or wolves fan who is totally convinced there team will win. All i know as an Aces fan is we have a superb team who can beat anyone home or away and all 7 riders are bang in form, couldn't ask for more going into a final.
