Belle Vue v Somerset PL 5th September, 2018
SUPERACE replied to Aces51's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He beat Emil in the same race. Only 3 riders in the meeting scored more and he was riding away also. Did a good job tonight. But either way has nothing to do with heat 13 on Wednesday. -
Swindon v Belle Vue // Premiership // 6.9.18
SUPERACE replied to ZagarRacing's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Poole v wolves is the night before Swindon v BV. -
I fully agree I still think Swindon could nick it as Somerset at home Will be tough, but the Aces only need 1 point to pip Swindon so a draw at home or an away point at Swindon will do us. We are slightly stronger now as Tungate can take R/R ride from 1st Sept. Wolves will need to dramatically improve to get through as they have been shocking away all season, yes the spirt was great to win at home on Monday night but away is different story for Wolves.

This is a tough match especially without Dan and could go either way. -
Somerset vs Wolves 29/08/18

I can't see any chance of Wolves winning tonight none what so ever. I thought exactly the same when Belle Vue rode there a couple of weeks ago. -
It's always sad when young riders are replaced out of the team, but if we hadn't changed our reserves we would already be out of the play off picture.
-
Yep he's the king of the middle finger.
-
Doesn't matter anyway. You can have a guest for any of your top 3 so even if Howarth is fit they could still get a guest for RS.
-
You can have a guest for any of your top 3 this season.

Erm maybe becuase we were without the irreplaceable Bewley? Wolves were not a 5 man team as IRR for Rory meant every rider could cover and they got 8 points for a rider who would of struggled all night. Belle Vue have had riders missing all season with injuries it's a miracle were still in the top 4
-
Yep nothing to do with 5 v 6 that made no difference, but we were 6 up and had a few races we blew heat advantages with falls. Also we have threw a lot of points away this season when in good position with 2 or 3 races to go. Hopefully we get top 4 again and then it's not been to bad a season. We won't get close if we get in though now Bewley is out
-
Of course it's the same. We blew tonight due to, too many falls again, but it was 5 v 6 and IRR actually helped wolves. If 6 should beat 5 then 7 should beat 6 simple as that.
-
Same as 6 man Aces beat 7 man wolves this morning. Aces won't win the league the injury to Bewley put paid to that.
-
Horrible news about Dan, hope for a good speedy recovery. As for the rules they seriously need changing, it's baffling after what happened to Wolves last year that the BSPA didn't look at this ( then again is it). The rule obviously can't be changed now and I'm afraid we won't win the league with R/R for Dan, it's not very doubtful we will even finish top 4. More importantly though is seeing Dan back in the saddle come March next season.

Poole v Swindon Prem B. 22/8/18
SUPERACE replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
We are certainly stronger with new reserves and worrall getting fitter, but all teams seem to be up and down. Going to be a good play offs who ever gets there. -
Swindon v Poole. Prem B. 27/8/18. 7.30pm
SUPERACE replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Swindon can only get 38 points so no chance they will finish above The current top three. The only chance is if Belle Vue lose at home, and considering one of those is v Wolves, and If wolves win that doesn't help swindon in the slightest. Swindon need Somerset to win at Belle Vue and Wolves or there out I think. -
King's Lynn v Wolves 22/08/18 DOUBLE HEADER

Wouldn't cook and frickes average be too high? -
Poole v Swindon Prem B. 22/8/18
SUPERACE replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
If Lynn top it they would probably pick BV. But they will be wary of the improvement belle Vue can make with worrall getting fitter each week and us having stronger reserves now than when we last met. -
The problem with riders like Auty and Garrity is they are both too injury prone. They can't be relied upon to be there for the season, they always seem to pick up knocks, both are very entertaining to watch though.
-
Going to be tough but I never saw belle Vue winning there either.
-
We have a match in hand on Swindon and that's a home match. Wolves match's in hand are all away so we certainly have a chance now. If the Aces win there 3 remaining home matches then Swindon and Wolves have to start winning away from home. 4th place is wide open and the Aces, Wolves and Swindon all have a chance to take it. If Somerset lose to Poole at home on Monday then they can be dragged in to a 4 horse race for 2spots.
-
Cook our top scorer away and worrall been injured all season what a silly post.
-
Not that Strange for me. We have been far too weak at reserve away from home this season, we need away wins or the playoffs are gone. It was a toss of coin on jye or Damian to go. The change may or may not work but we had to try something, nothing to lose.

Belle Vue Colts V Eastbourne. 18 Oct
SUPERACE replied to Gunner85's topic in National League Speedway
Get in colts. A special team, deserved winners. -
Imagine if cook and bewley rode in the first leg, if jack smith didnt get injured in heat 2 which left us with 1 reserve and 1 heat where we could only have 3 rides and add the fact BWD taking an illegal ride the lead Swindon took to BV would of been a couple of points if any at all. Aces were deserved winners of the cup. Swindon deserved winners of the play offs End of story.
