Yes but you were using this as an example of how there is enough riders to have 8 competitive teams yet your taking 5 riders who ride elsewhere. So where for instance do belle vue get riders to replace kurtz and Worrall?
I agree can't do it this year but maybe it should be looked at for the future, the prem is the most important competition in British speedway so should be treated as such.
He rode fantastically well, looked quick all night. Craig did a very good job also, even though he didn't win a race was close all night and took two great passes from Dan to beat him.
Very interesting meeting this as with RS missing it evens this up even more and I expected it to be close anyway. I think Wolves just nick it, I'm hoping they do anyway, as if boro win then they will pick Sheffield in the semi.
Link for the rule?
Don't have it, but trust me its the rule.
Edit: I've just looked on the SCB site at the rules and tbh I can't find anything that states that rule, but it does seem to exist.
They can't bring Richie back in until the 28 days have passed, thats 100% the rule, belle vue have no choice but to use a guest, this isn't a new rule.
If I was wolves I'd pick Sheffield.
Wolves would be clear favourites to beat both the Aces and Sheffield in the semi, the team Wolves will fear is boro as its their worst away track.
The team with the best chance of beating boro in semi is Belle Vue (already beat them twice on aggregate) which would suit wolves perfectly.
My guess is that they both don't do it because they have to ride the semi final, where as this year it was on invite only so Robert at least wanted to ride. I don't see the issue with them not being asked, can't have it both ways.
