Firstly congratulations Ipswich and good luck in the final. Incredibley proud of the Aces tonight they gave it absolutely everything, we were so so close in the end but it wasn't to be. What an amazing meeting that was that is Speedway at it's very very best well done to all 13 riders you put on a great show. 2 interesting points from our owner tonight: Aces Attendance has grown 36% since 2016 and it's 7% up on last season. Roll on 2024. 2

Let's be clear. It was absolutely right that Lambert was aloud to ride last season. It is absolutely right that Lambert can guest for Sheffield this season. Both teams lost a huge rider. Both teams gained a huge rider. The rules are rubbish, will the BSPL ever learn. Sheffield fans may finally stop there moaning and whinging, but I doubt it lol.

Unlikely that happens with 25 man squads but if it happens to say goalkeepers then clubs can apply for emergency loans.

Kurtz and Brennan weren't poor, they can be proud of their efforts. We missed Charles and the other 4 just didn't ride to thier level. No excuses as even with out Charles we should of been good enough to keep it below 10 points. But that's Speedway, let's see what Monday brings, but realistically its going to be very difficult to pull back 18.

Great ride from Kurtz there, Lidsey was pathetic there ride like a novice. Brady and Tom did there jobs the rest were awful. 18 points too many.

We can't gate and when we do we sit on the inside. Lemo needs to earn his money now and get into the team and wake them up. We can't afford to fall further behind.

Horrendous start for Belle Vue we look way off the pace. Ipswich will expect a big win from here.

There is absolutely no chance Belle Vue are stronger without Wright, it's not even up for debate, we are weaker without a doubt, Home and Away.
