  1. If it's R/R (which I expect it will be) then yes the 3 big boys need to bang in double figures, which they are all capable of doing.
  2. Yes that's my concern, although being dizzy/dazed doesn't always lead to concussion. We just need to wait to find out I suppose.
  3. Wright will ride if he's just beaten and bruised but if it's concussion then he's out.
  4. Come on let's not lemon Bash, Jye was dizzy after the crash he couldn't ride, there's no way you tactical take out a fit Jye at home. Blodhorn wasn't at his best last night but it's tough asking a 17 year old to ride 7 times in a big final and 1 of those without a team mate. The injury's stopped the score being more nothing else.
  5. 18 points I reckon if charles stays on, probably 20+ if Jye doesn't get injured. I'd if been happy with 12 with a fully fit team, but its a least a lead that gives some hope. Need a good start though.
  6. On paper we should win at home by much more than 10, but we have to factor in Belle Vue's poor play off final performances and it is something we have to get over. I'm very nervous but also believe we are as good as Sheffield and are capable of winning the title.
  7. If Lambert gets 11 then that gets us to 38 on the last visit. So a little I am improvement from Tom and we hit 40.
  8. We all prefer the home leg 2nd as you get the final result on your home track and if you win it's great to see but I do think the first leg at home can be a slight advantage.
  9. R/R for Fricke got 6 look at visit I'd expect to Lambert to double that. It might take Robert a ride to get dialled in then we he will be fine. But we just need to concentrate on winning at home and by as much as possible, as we all know a decent first leg win can be in very hard to pull back when under the ultimate pressure.
  10. Can't wait for this and absolutely dreading it at the same time. Belle vue Favourites with the bookies but Sheffield finished top so should be favourites, for me this can go either way. I know both teams have beaten each other at home convincingly, but if your Sheffield you simply can't afford to go into the second leg on the back of a heavy defeat, as 2 legged meetings are totally different to a one off. I do believe Monday is the key if it's under 10 points I expect Sheffield to pull it back, over 10 and I expect the experience of our heat leader trio to see us over the line at Owlerton. I just hope both teams have no injury's over the next week and we can see 7 v 7 in both legs. Come on you Aces.
  11. Sorry Steve didn't know you was actually there, but hey we all know by now you know best.
  12. As you said Belle Vue don't own Brady so Leicester have to speak to Poole, although a rider will go where he wants so don't really need permission from any club. As for Lambert bates had no choice to in the matter, the lawyers saw to that. Also just to add surely there should be a rule that you can't own or be on the board of 2 clubs in the same division.
  13. Incredible mistake by Stead, play off semi final your number 1 has 8 points from his last 3 rides and you don't put him in heat 15. If wolves mange to pull it back it's a sackable type mistake (unless holder had an issue we are not aware of).
  14. Ha ha. Thing is, that would be easy to bring down if someone wanted to.
  15. Yep still ownee by Poole and Lambert nothing to do with Leicester, so don't get the connection.
  16. Not a Derby though and still unlikely to put much on the gate from away fans.
  17. Correct Sheffield only bring a handful of fans to Belle Vue and that's 20 odd miles away.
  18. Love how Speedway makes up local Derbys, 70 odd mile between Leicester and Sheffield.
