Leicester lions 2023 (PREMIERSHIP)
SUPERACE replied to PhilTheAce's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Totally different as we all know. -
I agree with all above, but just to add that It baffles me that some need passing for it to be a good race, the heat 5 of Dan v Tai was a great race with no passing. Going back to your post the atmosphere is what gets fans coming back, tonight was sensational, and the aggregate bonus point kept it going all the way.

I will tell you a fact the last meetings he got 0 he already knew he was being replaced.

Woffy has been great, but greatest ever British rider I'm not sure on that. Most world titles yes but best isn't something that's clear cut. Peter Collins for me would be above on that list as would Peter Craven (who would almost certainly added to his 2 world titles).

No, cut off is 28th August. -
100% spot on, great signing and good for British speedway, but he won't score what Holder did, especially at home.

Sheffield v Belle Vue 20th July
SUPERACE replied to 4BenMoran's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Sheffield by 10 to 12 points I reckon. -
Yep big changes a foot but as long as they get a new track that secures the future that's all that matters. Belle Vue have had 3 stadiums in my lifetime, and they have all been a stone's throw from each other.

Get in, Brilliant Brady delivers again.
-
Has he quit his other business then? I wouldn't make a committment without thinking about how this would affect my family. Yes things change but he should of kept his committment to the club until the end of the season.
-
It's nonsense to say quitting couldn't be helped, he had a choice, has he quit is other business too? He may have had to scale back team management, but he should of fulfilled his duty to run the club until the end of the season.
-
Is it really better though, and it's hard to pull up fans for swearing when riders give the finger. I like wolves, and most fans on here and twitter are great people, but I've been to Wolves many times over the years, and it's always been the loudest for cheering riders coming off. As some have said that could be because of the crowd being congragated in one place.
-
I think what Rob meant was we have proven twice we can perform at monmore, which should stand us in good stead for potential playoffs.
-
Wolves fans have always cheered fallen riders for as long as I can remember.
-
He lost his chain.
-
Not sure a crash, engine failure and a snapped chain are bottling it.
-
Aces should of won that.
-
If it's on, Wolves to win comfortablely, Aces to take the bonus point.
-
Brady should not have walked mid season, he should of stayed until the end, no excuses.
-
Kings Lynn have been massively let down by the previous promotion. What ever the excuses, they walked away mid season and left KL in the lurch.
