  1. Yep the move gives Lemon options with Lidsey which he wouldn't of had if R/R was at 4. Be interesting to see who he puts in heat 1, personally I'd go Blodhorn.
  2. I see we have moved Charles r/r to number 2 which is a smart move. We did the same last year, give us more choices of who and when we use riders.
  3. Something we agree on. It's not right imo that he can't ride and it's a huge blow to Ipswich as jack Smith isn't prem standard. Although in any one off race he could be a spoiler I don't see Jack troubling the scores too much tonight or Monday. In terms of the play offs as a whole, it's fallen for Wolves who are now favourites to win it.
  4. Fair enough, I'd be happy with any of the above. Anything can happen in the play offs and past results mean nothing anyway. After Charles injury I had Ipswich as clear favourites until Doyle got injured, now it's pretty even again I think.
  5. Yes it's a different day, form can go out of the window in playoffs.
  6. I will be disappointed if the Aces lose by more than 6 tonight. I think Doyle missing offsets us missing Charles, and we usually ride Foxhall well, I expect Dan to step up with a big score tonight.
  7. You also had Doyle who was only beat once, and we had a half fit Dan who only scored 4 points. He will at least double that tonight. Yes Charles is missing which isn't good.
  8. Bret Hart ??? lol No I'm not a lawyer.
  9. Try that argument with a lawyer. I deal in commercial services contracts, I'd be laughed out the room if I used that as an excuse, Belle Vue were perfectly within thier rights to use Lambert, nothing else to discuss.
  10. In the rules or not I can guarantee you Harris won't be able to ride for more than 1 team in the playoffs, so either way the point stands.
  11. Ok, but your post goes personal. Rather than discuss the point you attack the poster.
  12. This is you all over, you start to aggressive in any discussion you have. I try to deal in facts, Robert rode because it wasn't in the rules to stop him. If those rules have been written incorrectly that is not the fault of Belle Vue Speedway. Simply you don't like Belle Vue so it annoys you that the management were smart, they found a way it's what the best do.
  13. It's all about choices. If it stops raining at 4am as forecast there are zero excuses for the meeting not to run. There are reasons Ipswich might not want it to run but that's a choice. I also wouldn't blame them if they choose the call off route either, they should do what's best for them without breaking the rules, bending them though, yes why not lol.
  14. Correct. In fact I believe the rule is that a rider can only guest for 1 team in the play offs, so Chris Harris (if he rides tomorrow) can't guest for anyone in the final other than Ipswich (if the get through), but Ipswich could get 4 different guests (if required) as long as those guests haven't ridden for another team in the play offs.
  15. It was allowed because it was legal, hence the rules have been written to make it illegal. So my point stands Lambert was signed before the play offs started, and was wrongly stopped from riding in leg 1. Let's remember Chris Louis at Ipswich had no issues with it, only those clubs who preferred to win rather than play by THE RULES.
  16. Met office has it a dry day in Ipswich tomorrow, if the forecast is correct there should be no issue getting this meeting on.
  17. Hi signed after Fricke got a season ending injury. Which was before the play offs started, so no not during but before.
  18. He didn't ride the 1st leg due to the legal dispute, Robert should been in the away leg at Ipswich.
  19. That's exactly why you should have a number 8, IRR no good if a reserve gets injured especially when also covering R/R.
