  1. Yes you did, read back your replies to PhilTheACE. Your basically stating most Aces fans wouldn't be happy as it meant signing Kildermand.
  2. Nonsense post this, you can have your opinion, but you stated Aces fans wouldn't have wanted both the top 2 back, which is wrong. The Aces have won 2 titles this decade with big top 2, it will always win you more over the years. Not many Aces fans would swap them.
  3. Please stop speaking for other teams fans, you drop into every thread telling fans what they should think. I am certain there isn't a single Aces fan who would want to drop one of Bewley or Kurtz. I said 2 years ago, id keep both for the next decade and build a team each year around them. Of course you wanted the Aces to drop Dan as you were absolutely desperate to have him at Ipswich.
  4. You mean we had to weaken our team, with a dropped team building average, wow i didn't expect that.
  5. If Ipswich isn't sold Louis should run it, if not he's simply the guy who shut Ipswich Speedway.
  6. As i said in the Aces thread months ago, Dan will be at Belle Vue if they want him was never a doubt.
  7. If, trust me they will need them. No prem and most of the riders won't make it pay, they will need more meetings from the 5 clubs. Nobody has the high ground here if they think they do then its doomed.
  8. Same old bullrubbish nonsense, if the premiership teams dissappear from the sport the championship clubs won't last the decade.
  9. Sorry if the clubs go speedway in this country is all but dead. Speedway will always be here is the road to ruin.
  10. I don't think NL even with the 2 GPs is enough meetings to satisfy the council, based on the terms agreed with the club. What ever way you look at it British speedway is in a mess. If the premiership dents run and those clubs don't drop down to the championship then I don't see how the riders make it pay.
  11. Zero percent chance that happens. More chance of not running than just doing NL.
  12. Mike's words wont be taken well by some, mostly Ipswich fans. But like them or not hes absolutely right. CL has quit because hes struggling to get his own way, hes showed hes no better than those who have gone before him. Hes let Ipswich down hes let the UK Speedway down, especially when most thought we was different.
  13. 1 league will be the end of Speedway, its not the answer. Its simply going to be a slow death from here, it won't survive into the next decade.
  14. Im hoping for 2 leagues, 1 league is the beginning of the end IMO.
  15. Ha ha why would moving from the NSS be a breath of fresh air, simple because you want him at your club. The NSS is his favourite track as hes said many times. Many riders have said riding small tracks helped them but its a different world now, you don't need to master a track like Ipswich to be world champion. Also Bewley was good at Wolves hes excellent at Oxford. He needs to be more consistent from the gate (maybe he'd learn that at Ipswich because you don't get that much chance to pass?) and smarter in the 1st bend at GP level, nothing to do with small tracks. If does leave it would be for Money, but im sure the Aces owners wouldn't let him slip away for that. Only in British Speedway can we have an opinion that riding on one of thee best tracks in the world is holding a rider back. I can understand why you want him though, hes one of the most marketable riders in the world.
  16. It was good mate, cause they let fans onto the center green which you can't do at most tracks due to H&S.
  17. I disagree its nonsense hence the best riders in the world ride Poland. Bewley has areas to improve none of them are to do with riding tiny tracks. Unless Ipswich are going to get a GP, which they won't.
  18. He wanted to ride for Belle Vue, the rules prevented it, he'd already done a deal in Sweden. Lots of replies to my comment so will reply here, every year theres fan rumores of Dan signing for thier club and every year he signs for Belle Vue, he will do so again imo. Dan won't gain anything towards becoming world champion by riding Ipswich every week, the days of needing to ride small tracks to be world champion are gone. One of the most techinical tracks in the GP was Cardiff, he won that 2 out of 3 times.
  19. The podium was British Speedways, it would have been at any track for the final. Also he said one of the better meetings hes watched, not the best meeting for ages. Regardless it isn't a crime to say you enjoyed watching a meeting, especially when you ride for a team who's track is regarded by most as the best in the world. As I said why would Belle Vue care that Dan enjoyed the meeting, im a Belle Vue fan and I enjoyed the meeting🤣
  20. Why would Belle Vue care that Dan has gone to watch a meeting. Dan won't be going anywhere but Belle Vue next season
