How can a rider get fined for not riding in a race due to the fact that he thinks it's dangerous only for the meeting to be cancelled before the next race due to dangerous conditions?

Well done Bomber !!!! Just one thing.........Did anyone else watch the final race and it appeared that it was going into slow motion as the laps went on ???? very strange , probably the adrenalin kicking in or i was about to have a heart attack...lol
