  1. what I should have said, was there is a larger proportion of native born Poles who go to Speedway, whereas we have a much more culturaly diverse population(have to be pc here!)and a smaller bank of fans who would choose to attend speedway. Hope that is clear and you can get the drift. Think there may be more sponsorship over there which keeps prices down to an affordable level.
  2. larger population, and only race on Sundays, hence the crowd is more concentrated than here due to lack of choice.
  3. Without enough sponsorship, no rider can afford to have the best engines, and have them tuned by the best people, unless the rider has a rich Dad(or Mum) The costs involved to be competitive are huge. Plenty of lads have the talent, but give up due to lack of funding.
