Talking of clubs improving riders ,It's a well known fact that Peter Craven Ivan Mauger, Ove Fundin, Peter Collins, and Jason Crump only became world champions because they signed for Belle Vue.They would have got nowhere otherwise lol.

Exactly Aces51,that's the point I was trying to make to Najjer who was implying his future with the aces was in danger because of his performance at Somerset.I don't believe it is and would definitely stick with him.

That's the enigma of modern day speedway.How can a rider be so poor but beat the world champion on a big fast track like BV?

Drozdz has got potential,he showed this when he beat Doyle easily in heat1 against Somerset recently at the NSS.He over rides at times and picks the wrong lines but he is still learning and I would stick with him.

A lot of incentive for him to do well then!

Good point for the Aces and Cook back on form.Doyle would pick this match to hit top form!

If they don't BV were really unlucky that Craig and Max were drawn in the same round on Monday night!

I was very impressed with the Kings Lynn side and as you say even with a full team we may have lost.But the match would have had more credibility.

It's the attitude of the BSPA which annoys me most.That fans will accept a team of 3 guests and still turn up.Yes I went on Monday as usual but I never thought I was watching a proper Belle Vue team.It could easily have been avoided.

As good as Dan was last night I thought Tungate was BV best rider.He has only dropped three points in the last two meetings against two very good sides.

I thought Ford and Middlo were cleverer than other promoters and assembled a team that was going to walk this league.Obviously not so no more Ford is smarter than the rest etc etc.Letting James Holder go was a mistake and now young Shanes has been dumped.Josh not doing his job?He's probably your best or second best rider lol!

So Shanes he's been sacked then if he can't come back later.Terrible way to treat a young English rider.
