  1. personally I'd like to see KL go PL, the PL years before were good fun, but I suspect the demographics have changed too much now and there wouldn't be enough of a difference from how it is at the moment with all the flying in and out etc, it would be too much like EL and I doubt it would even be much cheaper
  2. not a nice thing to put, I thought Wimborne Road was ok, apart from the home straight of course, that'll need renovating
  3. for all the money and resources Matt Ford has, nothing comes close to having the say in what happens to the stadium. wait and see
  4. me? I'm wondering who is the person that sweeps up at a stadium here .....
  5. Buster is lucky enough to own the stadium, something your lot will wish for in a couple of years or so
  6. you might be better off worrying a bit closer to home, no point having the money if you haven't got a track
  7. missing a "please" in the original question, then this .. nice
  8. can't remember that many KL non finishers since a meeting in the PL when Laurence Rogers was still manager
  9. my pictures from the Bahnrekord at the Poacher >> https://www.flickr.com/photos/the_womble/albums/72157673143117016
  10. too many Sundays riding grasstrack/longtrack I expect
  11. expect 2 more changes in the morning too ....
  12. looking forward to the Poacher, one GT meeting I try to make each year
  13. when I spoke with Marcel at the SWC he said Freddie was so impressed he put in an order for either 5 or 6 straight off. I have to say, he's looked fast this year
  14. so other than the tuning issue with the riders, is there anything else that 'Whisperer' mentioned that you think could be changed?
  15. you can't blame all of this on the promotion, the riders are notorious for telling the trackman what to do
  16. there is NO new rule or race format that is going to make the fans flock back, but what HAS to happen is to regain stability with what we have. paying out more money to get top riders back won't make a difference on crowd levels, so I can't see that happening any more than we have, it would just be financial suicide. personally, I hope we have one big league, 6 rider teams, and in turn it should mean no double up/down which in my eyes is one of the big issues we have. I photograph at both Kings Lynn and Peterborough but there are many times I have no idea who will be riding for the home team, let alone the away! we need stability, number 1 priority, and from stability we can build
