youngsters getting the GTR has to be the way to get this deal working .. the established riders won't want to know, but get the kids on board now so when the regs say everyone has to use GTR it won't be such an issue
Peterborough tried that last season with Cook, Bjerre, Thomsen but it still didn't work out .. to me the way the team is built this year is the way to go
