in a 'health & safety' dominated world, I think the reason would be that the club couldn't guarantee the safety of everyone in the stadium when we have winds this strong. I'm disappointed in the postponement, but sometimes you have to think around just the track

yep, got shots before, but what people were arguing about on here was the track when decisions were being made whether to run or not. I'm always happy to go to Scunthorpe and as I mentioned to the clerk of the course yesterday, I've always thought the drainage there has been spot on, but I wondered whether the 8 hours of racing on Saturday had blocked the drains and not had a chance to clear naturally, and it was also mentioned by people how the pump didn't seem to be making a difference, although I could see the water still running back from bend 4 round to bend 3. I could see from the start that the track was going to be tricky and was going to be one that was vital for gating early on, as turn 1 was very wet and riders missing the start would get filled in easily, but knew it would be good after a few races. What most of the riders seemed concerned about was fresh topping being mixed in with the sludge that was already there, and I think that was what made their decision

think some are doing Kennett a bit of an injustice, he's definitely improved on the bigger tracks and I think it's his grasstrack/longtrack that's helped.

I seem to remember Starman constantly telling us that KK always ups his game when riding for Poole as he loves it so much

taking out Jack Holder after a race at Peterborough wasn't one of his best moves, might have cost himself a few £££ in bike repairs

apparently testing one, and used it in heat 15 at the weekend
