just looking through my pictures and it's Flemming Graversen, also rode PJR too though

i thought the rider introductions was a bit strange with them all riding out in the dark, with some riders getting called straight into the middle, others being sent round for a lap. I enjoyed the fire entertainment, that's the sort of stuff I like anyway, and thought it worked well, never really seen the need for paying out big money on pre-meeting entertainment of x-factor losers or whatever when there's very few inside at that time to see it anyway.

Sheffield & Peterborough look strongest to me, but it's the pairs, anything can happen -

Peterbrough V Redcar Sunday. Ch

"PETERBOROUGH promoter Ged Rathbone has clarified his position regarding the involvement of Redcar rider Charles Wright in yesterday's SGB Championship clash between the two clubs. The 'T Balfe Construction' Panthers triumphed 51-42 against a Bears side, featuring Wright, at the East of England Arena. And contrary to circulating gossip, Rathbone insists his intervention is the only reason Wright was able to take his place after being knocked out in a crash when the sides met in the reverse fixture 10 days earlier. Peterborough triumphed 52-40 at the Media Prima Arena on that occasion. Rathbone said: "I was in frequent contact with members of the Redcar promotion throughout last week to make them aware they needed to get medical clearance from Charles' own doctor. "That is a basic requirement following any head injury and he would not have been able to ride, but it was not obtained until late on Saturday. "As a promoter, I have a duty of care to all riders racing in a meeting staged at our track. Had it been another club, I would not have got involved and Charles would not have been racing. "I only stepped in to assist my hometown team and yet I have ended up being criticised by people who wrongly seem to think I was attempting to stop him racing when in fact I was doing quite the opposite." -
on current averages, will Chris be eligible for the Championship next season?

carnage, with Barker involved somewhere -
well if sitting in the pits and chatting to some Poole riders about it isn't accurate enough then I guess I wasn't

herein lies the problem even now -
most riders on Thursday didn't want to ride, even Poole riders, but they could see how rattled KL were so took a gamble and got on track
-
looking at my pictures, she was wearing an Iversen jacket
-
trouble is, whoever wrote it forgot they got silver last year

KK probably get a maximum like he has before at KL -
might get a few more through the gate then in Leicester
-
I think he was looking at 16th at Peterborough to come back

I love going to Redcar (normally get a good result when been there with Kings Lynn & Peterborough), I really like the track, it was just the weather forecast put me off from travelling that far

What Went Wrong?

I think the SWC has shown that another issue we have is the tracks in the UK. Tonight at Leszno will show another great Polish track, but in the UK we only have a handful of what I would call 'proper' racetracks - Peterborough, Somerset, Belle Vue, Sheffield (if it was prepared how it used to be years ago). -
if it's an extra long interval, you never know
-
was that before or after Kings Lynn had him?
-
thought Workington would have plenty of ideas if they still had Ian Thomas' little black book
