  2. glad Kings Lynn have Adam for both meetings, was superb guesting for KL a few weeks ago, and has looked on fire at the Peterborough/Lakeside meetings
  3. i'm sure Adam is professional enough to give his all in both meetings, and fair play to him, he's self employed. a good rider on both tracks, so expecting good points from him in both meetings. if anything needs blaming it's certainly not Adam, it's the rules
  4. some people struggle with money and can't justify it, shame you haven't any sense of that reality
  5. but people can buy programmes without going to a meeting and paying any money towards the club for the year
  6. i did say possibly no more to achieve at Peterborough meaning moving on
  7. don't know why but i kind of wonder if Ged Rathbone would come in now, especially if Peterborough win the play-off .. possible thought could be no more to achieve at Peterborough and try with the local club
  8. who gives a $h1t who scored what where, i'm looking forward to 2 good meetings
  9. i seem to remember the good old days and Ivan Mauger riding at number 2 for some meetings .. could be wrong
  10. People are quick to moan when there’s nothing going on between races, well tonight you can watch some speedway between races
  11. it wasn't just about that though, it was making sure ALL races were completed and not ripping off the public
  12. it's relevant because we had 15 races plus all the 2nd half, doubt that would have happened anywhere else, and people would go home after not finishing the meeting saying they'd been short changed
  13. there are regulations regarding where obstacles can go on the infield, not so easy as moving lights nearer the track
  14. regarding the meeting tonight, how many clubs would have lighting available on site and ready to go, not many i would suggest
  15. Lakeside changes certainly make them a lot stronger. If they had gone as far as getting a BSPA meeting start time changed to accommodate, by going against this is showing a lot of disrespect to their own riders
  16. how often do you tell people to read your posts correctly ... irony
  17. but didn't he go into the meeting at Pila fully intending to ride (whatever the outcome) while he was out injured for Poole?
