the only way i can see speedway going forward is 100% curtail where the big money (in UK terms, not Poland) goes. run it as a stable business first, not win at all costs, let the sport grow without wondering if teams will run each season, it's the only way i can see will work. BUT, everyone wants success and to win (at least at home), and some will be able to do that more than others, but if things are run strictly to budget it will give others a chance to catch up

but the other side of it is what if a stadium is not open and not able to give availability?

certainly doesn't seem to be any from certain politicians that like to play the race card at every opportunity

the only way i can see the sport in this country surviving. it's time to mix new ideas with things that worked in the past, look at successes and failures over the years and cherrypick what worked. it's also blatantly obvious that the crowd levels here and the lack of mainstream sponsors can't support the rider demands, the time is now right to start from the bottom and work upwards from there.

the 500 chairs are good to watch too, Mitch Godden among others would probably jump at the chance to have regular racing.
