So we'll be celebrating this at the VSRA meal the night before. For any real speedway fans out there I would definately recommend going to the Nostalgia Night. As mentioned, it's not very often you get a host of such big names together in one place. Between them there are some fantastic stories so please support the efforts of the organisers.

Wembley Way was for me, where the excitement and atmosphere started. Just walking up towards the towers was just so special. I was lucky enough as a kid with my footy team to go on the Wembley tour, where I saw the changing rooms etc and walked up the 39 steps to where they presented the trophies. All the kids in my team were asking footy questions and there was me keep asking speedway questions.... came as quite a shock to the bloke running the tour.
