  1. maybe, but at least you might get an idea of who wanted to take over the running of the events
  2. makes an expensive weekend .. Somerset PL Pairs Friday, Cardiff Saturday, Swindon EL Pairs Sunday .. remortgage anyone
  3. i think the main difference to start with was to at least give them an identity .. with the Super7even banner there was that recognition, whether you like it or not, it made certain meetings more accessible when thinking about them.
  4. obviously that would be up to whoever is now running the Super7even series. maybe a call to the BSPA would do it ....
  5. it's not a case of having enough of it, but with some internal politics i think you'll find he didn't have much of a choice. and yes, it's confirmed.
  6. track was wet but there was enough shale down to soak a lot of it up and was still pretty firm. thought a few laps would have cleared the crap but the riders decided to get the harrows on it to rip into it which seemed to make it worse. after that, we then had another downpour and that was that.
  7. track was looking good, it was nice and sunny, and then the rain came, what more can you do?
  8. strangely enough he DID say he wasn't riding in the EL Pairs last season
  9. you might want to wait and see if it's 9 teams or 10 teams in the meeting first as obviously the format will change
  10. you could be right, but with the way Joe Haines rode in Boston p&p today i wouldn't be ruling him out at all.
  11. no different to allowing Tai Woffinden in meetings as a Brit .. if they qualify through parentage then they are entitled, whether we like it or not.
  12. maybe his promoter ought to tell him it's down to points scored in heat 15 or look at the super7even website and it will say so.
  13. maybe those Steve Shovlar said were queuing at 9.30am were restaurant and track staff then? well done to Nicki Pedersen, the top rider in the world proving that he still means business for 2008.
  14. unless it was about Neil Middleditch and you didn't agree with them.
  15. £6.95 for half a glass of wine ... or £10 for a 3 litre box from tesco and filling the glass up, what would you do?
