    wonder if that's because of the backlash over GP wildcards

    as well as keeping costs down as infratructure will all be in place. not sure how much longer WBD will carry on though

    can't see that happening while WBD have the rights, if they won't pay for Cardiff there's no way they'll do a London stadium with all the extra meetings/surveying/money
