No of course not. White City Rebels raced at London White City Stadium from 1976 to 1978 winning the league in 1977. Oxford were potentially going to be homeless at the end of 1975 so the promotion moved the operation to White City. Oxford Stadium was saved and they carried on in the National League as the Cheetahs.
