  1. I've been told I'm in the BT stand. Apparently I was there last year. If it's anything like last year though i won't spend my time in one place for too long and I'll end up doing a tour of stadium and watching the racing from all corners.
  2. Question: How would Millard spell imcompetent? T-O-N-Y-M-I-L-L-A-R-D (perhaps)
  3. This is the first time I've entered the Millard debate but after last nights cacophony of cock ups I would think Dennis Norden could devote a whole show to him. Perhaps someone can entice Jack Douglas out of TV retirement to replacement the clown. Oh, and Barbara Windsor as a like for like replacement for that airhead in the pits wouldn't be a bad idea either.
  4. Good point. He was sensational last year at Prague when fully fit. He still managed to bottle the semi though and miss out on the final.
  5. (No girlies dropped out) Does that mean Rickardsson will show up in Cardiff?
  6. Oh dear. My own fault for banking on an out of date root vegetable and Australia's answer to Mr Kipling.
  7. This is long winded so please bare with me. I have an official press guide and in there it states as follows After the completion of heat 20 When establishing the order between the riders in the list of intermediate classification at the conclusion of heat 20 and for the purpose of deciding riders qualification for the semi finals, ties will be solved as follows: a. Precedence will be given to the riders (tied on race points) having the most number of 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th placings (a"0" for last placing is better than being disqualified for whatever reason.) b. If the tie still persists & involves only 2 riders, precedence will be given to the better placed rider in the heat where the 2 riders met. c. If the tie still persists and involves more than 2 riders, it shall be checked whether there is a possibility to determine a proper precedence (e.g. 3 riders tied on points: A, B, C: rider A has beaten rider B rider A has beaten rider C Rider B has beaten rider C Then the precedence will be: best position for rider A, then rider B and then rider C. d. If solutions a, b and c cannot resolve the tie, then the lowest riding number jacket will be deemed the better placed rider. Apologies if you already read this elsewhere.
  8. Nicki has done plenty of meetings on the operation table
  9. Just been on Oddschecker and Crump is shown at 3/1 with VC Bet for tonights GP. Thought this must be too good to be true and went on their web page to find that he is in fact 7/4. Be careful you don't get duped.
  10. And i backed Nicki Pedersen at 10s at Ladbrokes. So I'll get my trumpet out and you can swivel on it!
  11. I like the buy option on the 18-20 spread on Scott Nicholls saying "you know" on Sky during the course of tonight's meeting.
  12. he has a wrist injury that requires surgery after the GP, but not before. Funny that.
  13. Bjarne Pedersen at 33s with Lads and Hampel 25/1 with Stan James are far too big.
