He made it onto Westcountry TV, woohoo!!!! They even bothered to phone Sky to ask for the video of the final heat, we're all in a state of shock!

There are hardly any cornish left in Cornwall, they had to make way for Londoners to have "surf pads" It strange, when you get flooding in a picturesque cornish village, those that are affected which are interviewed on tv never have a cornish accent!!!

A fantastic night and superb to have a local hero from the westcountry winning. "Westcountry la la la, Westcountry la la la!!!!" Makes you proud to be a Brit, just a shame most of the country is completely ignorant to last nights events. Well done Bomber!

Totally agree Scotty2Hotty. I make numerous trips a year from Plymouth to Coventry and everytime I have seen him take his time with the fans, and as a result he has a big fan club down in Devon now!!!! He may arrive late but certainly does not leave 5mins after the lap of honour.

I'm sure I heard this last year but I was late into Cardiff, was there an event in the morning of the gp when fans were able to meet the riders and get autographs? If so, roughly what time was this?
