On a recent Travel Plus Tours trip to the World Cup, around 100 fans got the chance to have a brief 10-minute audience with Woffy before his Sunday PL meeting with Wroclaw. I would say it was 90/10 in favour of Tai before he spoke. Afterwards, he only seemed to have one detractor left, and it seemed to be 99/1. It's not 50/50 by a long, long way. Most fans are in support of Woffy. He is, after all, the only truly World Class British rider at this moment in time. All the best Rob

Ah, the wind-up merchant is back. Sadly, he's not a very good one. All the best Rob

I don't think it had anything to do with the BSPA. They simply seem to have turned down Ippo's illegal team. At the end of the day, it is down to the promoter to know the basic team-building rules. All the best Rob

It is simple. A multiple team change is actually a set of 1-for-1 changes all being done together. You can stay above the points limit, as long as each 1-for-1 change is legal. I can't see how it can be much simpler. All the best Rob

The rules are simple in terms of multiple team changes (e.g. 2 for 2) and have been the same for years! All the best Rob

Then who? All the best Rob

Tungate & Jacobs? How??? Jacobs' average is clearly above that of Connor Mountain? All the best Rob

If Ippo were doing a 2-for-2, did they realise that both riders had to have a lower average for the rider they were replacing, or if not, then they had to come back under the points limit? Something has clearly gone wrong. All the best Rob

Blimey, still not a sausage; not even a quick explanation to the delay on twitter. All the best Rob

Was it 8pm today or 8pm tomorrow? All the best Rob

Him and Worrall are just mates, I think. Why shouldn't he help out one of his friends? All the best Rob

If it's him, then I'll come and stand in the middle of the Massif at the EWR in a couple of weeks and boo him very loudly. All the best Rob

The bookies often get it wrong. Denmark - with Nicki out injured and Kildemand out of the frame due to not being 100% - were nowhere near second favourites. Denmark are now facing a re-build, as they also did after Nielsen retired. All the best Rob

Advised Worrall before the World Cup, and was in his pit crew for the World Games. I think we can already see Woffy can inspire a rider in a way that Rosco simply can't. All the best Rob

Not according to the rulebook. All the best Rob

He hasn't. The deadline for putting in team declarations was Friday. It's already passed. All the best Rob

Blimey, so they only told Sedgmen after the transfer cut-off date had passed? That's ruthless. All the best Rob

Shovvy, what nonsense. Woffy has always been a team player. And he still is. He's been advising Steve Worrall. Woffy was a brilliant team-rider right from the off. I remember him team riding superbly for Scunny at Oxford with Joe Haines in 2007, when he was 17 and Haines was 15. He's quite entitled to complain, when he feels the team management is not up to scratch. He's a professional, and if he feels the team manager is an amateur, then he should say so. It's been 28 years since we won the WTC. Time for a change! All the best Rob

Who knows what Woffy would do if they gave him the chance he is asking for? After all, when New Zealand won in 1979, Ivan Mauger's bikes were out in 14 races out of 16. Interestingly, Mauger refused to ride for New Zealand in the WTC between '75 and '78. In his case, it was a protest over the qualifying round being on a Sunday, when we wanted to be on the continent riding in lucrative Longtrack bookings. When Mauger committed, he always committed 100% to win. He wasn't in it to come second or fourth or whatever. He was in to finish first. Woffy is the same. He wants to win. All the best Rob
