I'm sure we will

Be sometime in September I would imagine , and yes you read correctly
-
Liking the way the Championship is shaping up . Impressed with the sides Sheffield and Ipswich are putting together , as well as ourselves . Going to be a cracking division next year I think
-
Brilliant night at Ibrox last night , what a personality Richie Worrall is , cracking sense of humour . Simon Stead played his part too in making it an entertaining evening . Welcome Jack Smith to the fold , looking forward to watching his progress next season as he dips his toes into Championship waters . Signed as a full asset too .
-
Who's all going to Ibrox tomorrow night then ? We'll find out number 4 rider then
-
No , but is Cook Bewley's babysitter ?
-
You have really no idea how popular Richie has become with the Glasgow support , as are the other two of the " top heavy trio " . Who's to say any of the remaining four unsigned as of yet riders wont prove successful back up .
-
There's a Wetherspoons type pub 10 minutes walk from the track , the Golf Inn , we were there before the meeting when Glasgow were down there last season
-
Glad to have Richie back , he was our best and most consistent rider last season . We might look a wee bit top heavy , but it's a potent top 3 in a weakened league . Whom ever we sign to back those three up , presumably Lunna and whover else fits , will have to improve . But that was the exact same scenario at the start of 2016 , and that side did fantastically well .

Agent Wolbert is looking for a new club ..............................nah don't be silly
-
Because unlike folk who have to be clued up , us mere mortals have a problem when reading the new rules . Our eyes glaze over half way down the page and we missed rule 347 , sub section 14 , paragraph 12 . Humble apologies from all of us who got it wrong about the four point foreigners

Mark Riss would come back on a 5 surely

Berwick 2017 50th Year

That's the next stage of his apprenticeship though , he cant be protected at reserve for ever . Look at Paul Starke , kicked about as a three pointer for a couple of years , then his career started to make progress until last season he wasn't far off heat leader level . Who's to say young Liam can't make similar progress . -
No matter what we do , you cant please everybody . We all have our favourite riders and who we would like to have , but that is seldom achievable . Both Aaron and Richard are club assets , so were always going to be the first two offered deals to come back . I have no issue with either of them returning , though as has been said previously , their consistency away from Ashfield has room for improvement . Lunna will also no doubt be next on the agenda , but with the league being watered down slightly , if we can capture the signing of Bewley I agree with a previous poster , we have to maximise that capture by starting him at reserve .
-
I'd be slightly worried if we started the season with Danny Ayres and a raw novice at reserve , and that looks how it will pan out if we re-sign Richie . However with the league watered down by a further two and a half points , most teams could also be very weak at reserve . I'm just miffed i'll not get my yearly Highbridge pub crawl next season

You would think so , wouldn't you
-
Buster Chapman more or less said that when he became El Presidente , but there are still parts that are as clear as mud
-
Suppose you have to try and emulate your peers where you can
-
Thought your lot didn't do stuff like that
-
Doesn't seem fair though . Riders who haven't proved good enough to attain a three point average become more attractive than a rider who averaged just above three ( who will probably not figure in the majority of promoter's plans ) or a young budding hopeful hoping for their first crack at the second tier . They are the ones who should be given the two point averages , just like Jason Crump all those years ago
-
I was only going by the averages someone had posted on another thread . Pumping the Monarchs last month could turn out to be a bit of a pain in the ass for our team building plans
-
Don't think any of them are unpopular And if Andy Smith's son comes in on a 2 , then him Bewley and Lunna would be less than 11 , giving us room for Garcia maybe
-
At our dinner/dance last week , when Rene Bach was interviewed and asked about his plans for 2017 he said " if he did start the season in Britain his choice of club would be either Glasgow or Newcastle ". Having , what appears to be , made his goodbye to Glasgow statement on Faceache this afternoon , it would appear he must be strongly in the running to return to Tyneside next season .

Yes I remember putting a number 8 out against a t/r in a meeting against us
-
Passion , the ability to gee riders up who are having an off night , the tactical awareness to maximise the use of gate positions , t/r's etc .
