NL would kill it stone dead , so can't see that happening . Anyway there are rumours of a big takeover , so who would buy it and go NL ?

We've had the odd glimmer , but by and large he has disappointed .

A proper number 1 is an essential . Simon Stead or Son of God would fit the bill . Keep Kasper and Dimitri and maybe Rusty and Theo unless they are reclaimed by their parent clubs . Definitely not Wolbert though , he's been a disgrace this year and I don't even care if he heads back to Smugville on his low average .

Maybe , but there's still hope that 2014 wont be an addition to the " smug " years . -

Would be wonderful , but highly unlikely . Both the Bandits and the Comets are minging round Overtaking Nirvana , whilst the Monarchs are perfectly capable of picking up at least a point at Shielfield and Derwent Parks . -

What's wrong with that ? -
God that was painful to watch . Consistantly outgated , and predictably outclassed . Losing Rusty , especially at home , made it a mountain to climb . And it was a mountain we never remotely looked like climbing . What do you do with Wolbert ? Looked classy in the race he did gate in , didn't look remotely interested when he didn't gate , twice disgracefully riding into the pits before the race was done . Pijper was again our best rider , though Kasper as usual tried his heart out ( Wolbert take note ) . If only Kasper could gate , though he wouldn't be as entertaining . As for the Smugs , only weakness was Samantha . So another season's worth of pumpings from our pals , not easy to take .
