Quite. So the sudden influx of Coventry avatars blabbing on about "Poor old Kyle and nasty Swindon" can go get stuffed!
-
Such a shame to see Howarth go. And Swindon know full well what he can do, and how he could benefit whoever he goes too and could come back to Blunsdon and do a "Per Sorensen" It's all very well supporters of other clubs gobbing off about it though. What choices did Swindon have? Personally I'd have preferred to go with a 7 pointer (if there was one willing to come!) but we had to do something. Swindon would soon have had no facility. Then what would have happened? We'd have been stuffed. The smugness of Coventry fans in particular, is highly irritating in this, as we all know full well that they are hoping Kyle could well be in their team pretty soon. Best of luck to the lad. Hopefully he will be back at Swindon, but as a doubling-up non-assett it's a long shot that he will. With Ward coming in, there was no other logical choice though. Only by the same people who are giving Swindon flak for it.

Swindon troll.

Yeah. Can't have people enjoying themselves can we! Took my wife to the Grand Prix. She was laughing and booing Nicki like crazy, but had no idea who he was beforehand! Then, when he actually brought someone off, it capped it perfectly. Then she came away saying Nicki was brilliant because he was the bad guy and one of her favourites. It's great. Nicki should really take advantage of this and play up to it. Nicki Pedersen. Boooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!

What is it with you and your obsession with this? It's fine for Coventry. They are sitting on top of the league table and, despite this, also in a position to strengthen if they want due to how the averages work. In fact, they could even be in a position to sign who Swindon are forced to release. Swindon will be no stronger after this. Coventry could well be stronger thanks to the miraculous drop in the averages of their top two over the last month.. We, meanwhile, have been left in a position where we don't have a number one rider. This is due, in no small part, to the points limit from which you have benefitted. What choice do we have? Swindon don't want to release anybody, but they have no choice if they want to sign the only number one rider available out there. Enjoy your league title. It must be nice to be able to have the British number 4 at reserve all season.

Somerset And The Confederate Flag

Black Boy Hill in Bristol is named after the Black Boy Inn that once stood there. It is believed to have been named after Charles II, whose nickname was The Black Boy. -
I'm not betting man, but if I was I'd have something on Bomber at those odds.

Have you ever tried applying for a visa for the UK? It ain't that simple. Plus he couldn't apply without a sponsor so had to wait for a team to sign him. I wonder who that could be?
-
Ha ha! The exact same words I typed earlier and then deleted because I couldn't be bothered with it.
-
And the weakest top 5 rider.
-
If Darcy Ward gets a visa presumably.
-
The Blunsdon 4 are innocent!!
-
We'll be weaker if Ward comes in. We're stronger with the current side and a decent guest. Can't rely on guests all year though, but I still reckon we should hang on to the Blunsdon 4.
-
Looking at these scores does make me think we should keep our top 4 and bring someone who fits in order to make up the side. It's a tragedy getting rid of Zengota or Howarth for a rider that will be a half season loanee.

The point for losing by less than 6 is good. Other sports (such as Rugby Union) have similar systems. The only problem with it, really, is they took away the staggered points on the home team winning. -

Really enjoyed that. Was rooting for Poole to do it at the end, but what a fabulous final race from Lambert. Good stuff. -

This is good stuff from Poole. Can they pull it off? -
No they didn't. On June averages: Harris 7.71 Andersen 7.47 Kylmakorpi 6.93 Danny King 6.00 Greg Zengota 5.93 Comes to 34.04 They have enough room now though. Plus they couldn't have been certain how Swindon's averages would have panned out, so well done to Hans and Chris on dropping to 7.05 and 7.03 respectively while your reserves kept you at the top. Good tactics.
-
So? He is acting in his positio as Swindon manager, not GB manager.
-
Yes. Chris Harris and Hans Andersen's uncharacteristic recent drops in average of over a point could prove very handy for the Bees.
-
Dunno, but the interesting thing is... Doesn't the rider now have to be clearly sponsored by the club that he is riding for. So, if he IS applying for a visa, then he must have been already signed by someone.
-
I don't see how you can say Pedersen dominated Rickardsson. Using "the time they rode together" is a bit selective. That's a bit like saying Ole Olsen dominated Barry Briggs. It's not really relevant.
