Swc Round 2 Coventry 14th July
Wolfsbane replied to skid row's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
What a load of weapons grade bo**ocks from Team Good Bye. To be fair to Lynch if your cloth is Primark you're hardly going to make a Versace suit however his team selection was bizarre in the extreme. I'm no fan of Kennett but he looks to be on the cusp of a leap forward so let's kick him in the nads eh Jim? Nicholls : Give me strength, what has gone wrong with him. Harris : Pop down to the local garden centre, you'll see some folks buying gates. Allen : Gave it a go but not up to this level although his teamates tried hard to change that. Stead : Never in a million years mate. GT : Lived up to his reputation. It's displays like this that persuade Brits to support their Club riders of other nationalities. -
A cold at this time of year, not nice. Especially one of those that affect your judgement. Get well soon

Nowt against Mr Clean but Sky keep rambling on about the 'best rider not to win the world championship'. He's just won the GP boys If Tommy has finally worked out these man-made things the rest need to watch out

At least he won't have to waste any effort looking behind him -

And there is Scott's and a lot of others problem in a nutshell. Passes of PK, Shields & Stead are one thing, going round Pedersen (in particular ), Crump, Adams et al quite another. 7 lightning gates maybe a better option -
Will The Yanks Survive Round 1

Thought I'd seen somewhere, can't recall, that Hamill isn't riding? The answer's still no anyhow. -

How The Hell Was Nicholls Excluded ?
Wolfsbane replied to bmth11's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Can't stand either of them. Their talent is lost under their bad attitudes. Frog eyes got it spot on. All Hans had to do was back off, Nicholls would have overshot the corner & hey presto! But why let a bit of common sense get in the way of all that testosterone. Congrats AJ (ouch!), been a long time coming. -
Wasn't that Chris Kerr TNT? It's gonna get crowded in there

Bsi Ticketing Policy
Wolfsbane replied to lastword's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
If you decide to go and pay whatever, enjoy your day. If you decide to stay home & watch on TV, standard of commentary notwithstanding, enjoy. If you decide to follow on live updates, enjoy. But until folks stay away, refuse to pay the price, companies like BSI will charge what they think they can get away with. Everyone knocks the supermarkets but they alone have a business strategy that drives down prices as they compete for our £ notes. More IS less. -

After today's news, Rocket Ronnie anyone? Play it again, one last time, Team USA. -
Cardiff Attendance
Wolfsbane replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
One thing that surprises me when BSI are not known for being slow on the uptake. The top tier on the home straight 'BT' was sparsely populated and it's in full view of the most used TV camera angle yet the back straight top tier was' full'. Shouldn't it be the other way round, giving the 'full' impression to TV viewers? On the assumption that you can't force people where they choose to buy tickets, although I would have thought that the start/finish would be more popular, this seems strange. If folks really don't want these seats, they've never been occupied from my memory, then price them accordingly. Some £ss has got to be better than no £ss at all? -

Wolfsbane replied to Vincent Vega's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Think the point he was making (badly) is in your post. With the majority of GPs on larger circuits maybe Kirky isn't the best practise for them at the stage of his career he is at. JC did his time on bigger tracks before he arrived at where he is now. -

Would like to think there's not anyone who would disagree but I can't wait for the day that Reading need a guest for Smeg. Sky please note, this one's a must -
