  1. IMO I don't think anyone who has withdrawn was in the bracket of possible winner and I think they knew hence why they pulled out. Ben Cook now been in the line up adds to the possible winners along side Wright, Masters, Pickering, Lawson and Harris etc As for Boughen replacing Batchelor I know who I would rather see a young kid giving 100% over a guy that will just retire from heat if last by lap 2
  2. You wouldn't risk nearly 5 points on him if the limit is what it was this year or less though that's my point with Harrison having an average below him and likely the need of a 2/3pointer. You wouldn't have Ablitt in a top 5 spot otherwise you're going to end up with a shower of 💩 like Palm Toft at Number 1 again
  3. Drew Kemp replaces Lewis Kerr as Berwick's representative
  4. Scorpions next year have to go back to the drawing board Lambert's a guarantee as he's part of the furniture you'd probably say Allen is worth his place and Harrison definitely but other then that start from Scratch, Palm Toft, Howarth, Mountain and Ablitt have reached their level and won't improve anymore.
  5. Both teams will win their home legs just feel Oxford will win by more as I can't see a Scunthorpe rider getting anywhere near Masters, Nicholls and the form he's on Boughen round Cowley
  6. Justin Sedgmen and Craig Cook are ruled out of the meeting due to injury, whilst Steve Worrall has been out with illness since earlier this summer. Worrall is replaced by his Glasgow team-mate Leon Flint whilst Workington’s Antti Vuolas is called up in place of Comets skipper Cook. Meanwhile Plymouth’s Ben Barker comes in for Sedgmen
  7. Why does it say on the Scunthorpe site and Speedway GB site Luke Harrison got 2 last night? Wasn't it Ace Pijper ?
  8. Lewis Kerr has been booked to guest for Cook. Hagon Returns No Douglas on Monday due to struggling with burn on his Arm R/R to be used.
  9. Team News Scunthorpe have Ace Pijper at 7 as Harrison is on International Duty Poole using R/R for Hagon and Starke for Foord
  10. Boughen isn't going anywhere apart from Oxford. Schroeck is like his 2nd dad
  11. KING’S LYNN: Chris Harris, Anders Rowe, Niels-Kristian Iversen, Norick Blodorn, Jan Kvech, Simon Lambert, Lewis Kerr. LEICESTER: Max Fricke, Richard Lawson, Sam Masters, Luke Becker, Ryan Douglas, Craig Cook, Sam Hagon.
  12. If Wozniak can qualify then why not Brennan?
  13. I thought it was quite unique that the poster couldn't look at Sheffield's website to find the teams but they had time to post Several self portraits emojis on the post
  14. Etherington makes his debut at reserve with Dicken, Pijper bro's at 3 and 4 for the Shef/Scun team R/R at 4 for Foord for the unbeaten Lion Cubs
  15. Gilkes out with eye infection. Luke Harrison in at late notice.
  16. Abi who presents the speedway has tweeted they're at Ipswich tomorrow, while Dave Rowe is doing reports from Leicester
  17. Ipswich Vs Sheffield is the Tv meeting according the Speedway GB site and Leicester's website Leicester website says Lions fans are reminded that this fixture will NOT be shown live on television, nor will it be live streamed due to Eurosport’s Monday night coverage from Ipswich, and the best way to cheer the team into the play-offs is from the track! All children will be admitted free as part of the club’s summer promotion.
  18. I'm sure Oxford might have something to say about that considering they're against Glasgow on Wednesday
  19. As a neutral I thought the ref got it spot on and after speaking to a member of the Oxford track staff his opinion and most of the other staff at the track were in agreement that Nicholls was the one at fault if anyone which is fair enough to me.
  20. R/R for Doyle Batchelor for Ellis (Mandatory absence due to head knock) Bewley for Sayfutdinov R/R for Woffinden
  21. I agree especially when Schlein's on him and Brannan seem to have a competition to see who can shout the loudest.
