Somerset Vs Rye House 25/03/16 League Cup
Andrew replied to SomersetBlue's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Rule 18.13 A TACTICAL RIDE (TR) ride (NB. Not applicable in any PL two-legged aggregate tie). League cup group matches are not two legged ties, hence Scunthorpe were right to use the TR on Sunday.. -
Rider number 5 announced tomorrow morning, according to Tigers twitter.
-
One of Hugh Skidmore,Kyle Howarth or David Bellego would fit along with Dimitri Berge assuming Steady is back.
-
Looks like we won't have Arthur at the start of 2016... http://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/other-sports/speedway/sheffield-tigers-forced-to-drip-sissis-from-new-season-plans-1-7564106#axzz3qwykEvLO

Actually Spin,if its two draft riders in the PL,then its possible it might be a 35/36 point limit for the top 5, making Arthur very useful average wise. For example using 35 as the limit... Steady 10.41 Arthur 3.71 Ty 6.68 Josh 5.58 Jason 8.46 total 34.84
-
Josh or Arthur would seem likely.
-
Arthur would be at two in that line up as he has as slightly higher average than Paco. Anyone have any thoughts on Nicolai after last night?
-
Its felt like a dry run for the EL with all the thursday nights we've sat at home because we had no one to ride against. Maybe Tai would ride on a thursday at the track that gave him his PL debut!
-
Yes,keep those three plus Arthur and maybe one of Taylor Poole/Ty Proctor depending on top four state quaification. David Bellego might be worth another season but would need to really improve his away form.
-
Shawn retired early in the 1994 season because he was fearful of getting injured.

Steve is talking about Josh's pass in heat two and he did give Rob a hefty nudge out the way,Maybe only us up on the third/fourth bends saw it. -
The new lights are bright! Track record in 1970 was 67.2 held by Jim Airey.

http://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/other-sports/speedway/speedway-tigers-target-play-off-seven-1-7390228 Wonder who the rider in question was?
-
Max Fricke?
-
Sheffield Shawn Moran * Phil White Dave Morton Eric Monaghan David Bargh Reg Wilson Alan Mason * John Davis replaced Shawn in the last few weeks of the season.
-
Could bring back Ben at reserve and put Arthur at two with Steady while he finds his feet.
-
Yes it was Neath.I seem to remember he gave up on the 3rd/4th turn on the last lap and waved at the ref in disgust at the slow moving Compton obstacle! Also Steady did stay with Josh in one of his races this season, think it was against Glasgow.
-
I'd go... 1.Steady 2.Ashley 3.David 4.Taylor 5.Ty 6.Josh 7.Arthur
-
Ty's 9.22 was his 2012 Elite average converted to Premier when he joined Plymouth in 2013.His last full Premier season was for Redcar and he finished on 8.34 which you would think he could reach again or with half a point, If Arthur scores well from the off then there's a fair chance that anyone bar Steady could end up at reserve at some point.
-
Same team I posted 15 days ago! A possible team with Risager in... Stead 9.96 Birks 5.68 Risagar 7.36 Bellego 6.06 Proctor 6.27 Bates 3.53 Albin 3.62 42.48 Looks a gamble on 7.36 if he struggles to adapt to Owlerton.

If You Could Sign One Ex Pl Rider?
Andrew replied to Robinh88's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Sean Wilson -
Simon Stead 9.96 Ashley Birks 5.68 Kevin Wolbert 6.19 David Bellego 6.06 * Ty Proctor 6.27 Adam Ellis 4.67 Josh Bates 3.53 42.36 * Taylor Poole (6.05) if he is fit in time.

He's had a few decent rides and a few duff ones to be honest. But starting at reserve he could put a couple of points back on his average.
