Yes, I did win (not given) one of your prints in the past, and how I had to lick your shoes after I tried to make a good natured joke, an off-the-cough remark that brought a childish response from you. It made me at one point feel I didn't want the print, such was your tantrum. I know about the copyright laws, but we are talking about a few speedway videos that will bring a bit of joy into somebody's life, not one of these Bittorrent sites where you can download any of the latest movies. If doing this is such a crime, why has Youtube got loads of clips on there?
-
Come on, you misery, they are obviously dvds from a couple of decades ago. They are not from some company trying to make a living from them in the modern era, not some track videos or dvds we're talking about. That would be different, plus much of the footage on sale from speedwaycrazy can be viewed on youtube. The crowbar thing was because you said about breaking into someone's house, not buying old speedway footage that nobody outside the sport is interested in.
-
Yes, if you can withstand the force of a crowbar over your head... but if you just want to copy some of my videos, arrange a price, and we can save the break-in.

Always a spoil sport, isn't there.

Best Grand Prix for ages. If only there was more speedway like that instead of the usual rev-and-go stuff. Anyone who disagrees should ask their carer what I'm on about.

Not talking about local track, this is to do with piggy backing SKY coverage online. -

I don't mingle with free-loaders. Have a pleasant evening. Bet you're watching tv through next door's window. -

You have your own valid reasons for pick pocketing SKY, but please don't try to shield the fact by saying it's because they treat us as second class citizens. How do you come to that - by showing live meetings throughout the British season, despite amateurism shown by clubs and lack of appreciation by fans. No, it's because you have to press a red bloody button. Do you really blame them for placing speedway behind football and tennis? If you do, then I think you're kidding yourself. We shouldn't forget what SKY has given us these past 10 years and perhaps show a bit more appreciation SKY may be unable to stop live streaming on the Internet, but that doesn't mean you have to take advantage of it. I bet you peer over the wall at your local track as well, save paying to get in. -

People complain that speedway isn't given good tv coverage. When SKY do such a good job and gives more live hours than the sport deserves over the course of a season, some people go and flout it by watching for free on the internet. Don't moan and groan if SKY choose to stop covering speedway, because everybody is watching it on internet and not paying, as they should do, to watch it on SKY. I say it's as big an offence as illegal downloading. People like me are paying so freeloaders can watch it on the Internet. -
Can't see him being able to retire on profits from this dvd, so I doubt he's just being outspoken to make some money. Anyhow, if he's so money motivated, how come he dropped points for Swindon on purpose?

Thought they'd be enough know-it-alls on here to have answered the question by now. -

Hands up who feels a plonker right now. -
Miss Alice Hart was Belle Vue team manager in the 1940s and early 50s. Even today, female team managers are a rarity in speedway, but Miss Hart was in charge of a successful Belle Vue team during her tenure. However, there is little known of her – where was she born, her age, and whatever happened to her when she left the Belle Vue position? Could she still be alive today? Alice Hart was the general of the world’s famous speedway club during the sport’s boom times, but, in all honesty, little is known of her.

The second meeting, the 40th Anniversary Meeting, was shown tonight at 6pm. I'm sure you'll be able to catch one of the repeats.

Don't know what Motors TV are playing at. Tuned in to watch Sunday's speedway but they had quads on instead. Have they ditched the oval sport already. I am surprised that nobody has had a whinge before me.

Thought they were going to show the 40th Anniversary Season Opener today but repeated the Spring Classic. Any date when the 40th Anniversary Season Opener is being shown? People will lose interest if they're tuning in and seeing repeats when a new show should be on. Found the action quite entertaing, after a bit of getting used to the camera angles. -
The 13-heat format... has anybody mentioned the 13-heat format? Team pictures when the team really did look like a team. The handlebars. Actually feeling pain when Belle Vue got beat. Paul Tyrer's yellow and black chequered leathers.
