I get the same seat every year, and i get a fantastic view, like Rabbit says, u;'ll be totally immersed in the atmosphere!. My only gripe was last year. Im a/was a friend of Antons, and a staunch supporter of the lad, but becouse of that, several Budgie fans who were sat behind me took great exception to it, and one decided to deliberately blast his air horn towards me, i was not best pleased believe me

Addy, it is central mate. Its in the centre of Poole But you are perfectly right, such a nice venue to hold a Championship meeting!!. Lets hope they all stand their Ground!!.
-
Shazz my little flower, look forward to it!.

I would like to think that they would all stand their Ground and there are no withdrawals. I would also like to think sky would cover it, they owe us a meeting or six. But, we will see!.
-
Yep, Mark also gets my vote for a GP wild card place, also a return to the Pirates next season would be very nice!. Come on Mark, you know it make sence!!.

Well if the BSPA want to get shot of Neil then thats fine, but you then watch the fortunes of team GB go down hill faster than the roller coster at Blackpool pleasure beach. As for him packing up at Poole, imo thats not an issue. Neil does a very good job at Poole. As the saying goes. you can't turn moderate racehorses into group 1 superstars, same applys in Speedway. As far as Team GB is concerned, as i've said before. Neil can only work with what he has at his disposal. He gave this years World cup his best shot. Unfortunately as everyone saw, our gating let us down big time, and that very doggy Gate one didn't help either. if we had gated a bit better, and had a bit more luck in running, we would have definately been in the shake up. I also agree, Lee Richardson was the key to our success, and i don't think he rode badly at all. As for some of the kids in the background like Eddie Kennett etc, there time will come, but they are not ready yet!. I get sick and tired of people on here pulling him to pieces. Those who think that they can do better, get yourselves in the pits and have a go. Becouse i will tell you now, you will crumble after heat 1!!. -

Jeezs VV you change your mind like the weather. In your earlier post you say that Neil couldn't pick Apples, now your saying what a great bloke he is!. Neil can only do with what riders that he has at his disposal, we do not have a list of riders as long as your arm that are proven on the big stage. I'll tell you now, Mr Swales will do no better, as i said, you can only use what you have to work with. In your original post, you state that we won't win the world cup, ok, who will? If we do make the final, i gurrantee it won't be for the want of trying im sure. Only my opinion of course, but perhaps Chris Louis for Bomber Harris, no disrespect to Chris! But what are you going to say if we do win the world cup VV!!. -

And Brendon Johnson was fourth. Brendon had Engine failier just after the start of the final, But Lof 72 tells me he rode very well all evening to reach the final. -
As you say Tabs, this is not purely a petition for Mark, But, indirectly it is, and personally i feel its about time both parties kissed and made up, and come to a compromise!. British speedway can not do without Mark Loram, and Mark Loram can not do without British Speedway!. I feel this should be put to bed asap, preferably before the world cup!.

Im sorry Stevehone, but i watched all three of those riders, and imo, the only rider out of those three to even come close to Mark on his night was Mike Lee. Again, on his night he was awsome, he would stalk riders for 3 laps then go past them as though they wern't there. Bit like Trick can do, and now our Antonio is starting to do the same thing, either inside or outside. I took time out from Speedway from the mid 90's, untill 99, and the rider that got me going back to Speedway again was, Mark Loram. Matt and Mike took over the reins in 99 and brought in Mark, and he virtually woke Poole up over night. I have never Been a lover of gating Tarts, i like fighters and entertainers, and Mark falls into both catagorys. Give me seven Mark Lorams or Antonio Lindbacks, and i'd be very happy!. -

Tabbys not a happy bunny, or pussy cat as the case might be. Me thinks somebody has some explaining to do. I also agree, why can we have Mark as a wild card for Cardiff. He's British he's riding well, and he's liked by the fans -

Im with you my friend. But pricewise i would want half the field say 7's or 8's to get me interested. But yes, he has an obvious chance on his own patch. He's riding well enough. -

Dear Mod, I do not find the remark i made at the head of my post as distastful. during my short spell on this forum i have read a lot worse. I find the remark made by a fellow poster as below the belt, as Matt and the track staff did there upmost to get the meeting ran to its conclusion i do not feel that Get a life constitutes as a distasteful remark. Could you please remove the said remark at the bottom of my post, and if nessasary this post. Thank you Starman 2006.
