  1. But the experience has made him a better rider for it.
  2. You are rather a bitter bunch on here arnt you. Still keep chomping, only another 5 months til the season starts.
  3. Many on here pick up on less, including you.
  4. Matt would give him a fair crack of the whip BB, as he's coming from the right scorces. Thats why i said if it was allowed, and it seems the rules change daily we could make him an asset and loan him out to a championship side, but from what i understand most tracks in that league are big galloping tracks, which really wouldnt help his development Going back to young Jack, riding at Plymouth did him the world of good, its certainly stood him in good stead.
  5. Yep know that and i know that.. And i know that we are talking about coming to ride in this country. Sheffield have as much chance of getting him as i have winning the Euro millions.. Have a good day.. Mr state the obvious.
  6. I would advise any rider starting out to ride a tight technical track, it will teach them so much. Look at Jack Holder,Plymouth there's an example. But it will do Luke no harm to start at poole. He will be well looked after, that i can say.
  7. Robert Lambert Somerset/Poole Nicolai Klindt/Bomber Harris Dan Bewley/Freddie Jackobsen Robert Lambert Poole v Somerset play off semi ---------------------------- Probably Swindon Stefan Neilsen Freddie Jackobsen.
  8. And many thousands have to rent there homes and will NEVER be in a position to buy.
  9. Personally, and its only me speaking. I think we should sign him as an Asset and loan him out to a championship side for a season. But who knows.
  10. Ok my opologies for the first part. But again although the sharing is the better option you still have to get around the work bit. But to state everybody should be able to afford the said monies for such a trip is a little bit off the mark, especially as you say when its on the TV. Do you remember 0-14, we took 3 coaches to Birmingham, but sadly times have changed, and a trip to KL you would have to fill a good 90% to make it worth while, and again sadly you just wouldnt do that. Hiring a mini bus is an option, but again, the stumbling block is the work problem . Nobody wants to get home at daft o'clock and get out for 6-7 am to go to work. It would have been the same had BV got to the final. Now, had it been Somerset v Poole it may well have been a different matter altogether. Logistics and all that.
  11. Listen Steve, many people cannot take time off work on a whim. They have FULL TIME jobs, many people and if you read my post cannot afford to spend the best part of £100 it would have cost for the trip assuming more than one go. Many people are not, alledgedly in your postion. You say people are better off now that they have ever been, rubbish that i will not agree with you on. Read my posts, i see and hear it every week.
  12. Wrong. You live in another world Steve.
  13. I think you will find its both. A lot of fans dont have the time on a week day and they cannot afford it. I speak to many Poole fans who used to go to Poole and away on a regular basis but can no longer afford to do so.
  14. You would have thought so, but it depends who said promoter is. Hopefully Matt.
  15. Yep you could also swap Shanes for Neisen, but obviously its all subject to the Team building regs. Hopefully there will be no change in the limit.
  16. Really, i'd be suprised if he wasnt. But he's not a No 1, i think even Chris himself would admit that.
  17. Difficult to leave out Nic Jackobsen and Bomber. Brady would make it 5, depending on the team building limit and set up.
  18. So would i, but dont look suprised if the powers that be drop it further than it is now, depending on league set up.
  19. Why was it farcical , because you wasnt in it ? If your talking about the guest situation then you cannot lay the blame at said clubs promotions door, you lay it at the powers that be's door. Now this is the Poole 2019 thread so let us talk about that.
  20. And lack of comunication by the sounds of it.
