Firstly don't keep them with your green bananas, they will send your avocados to the too ripe stage far too quickly. Give them a squeeze, if they are solid they aren't ripe enough, if they are squidgy they are over ripe, somewhere in the middle of that

Found it, well done to her ‎Craig Boyce‎ to Speedway Experience 8 hrs I spoke to my blood brother Shane Parker who had his life saved by his daughter doing mouth to mouth until he got to hospital, Ledgend job little lady, he is in good spirits and we had a good conversation, let me tell you now Fireparker will be back with a vengeance!

I'm sure I read this morning, that his daughter kept him alive giving mouth to mouth until medical help arrived, but for some unknown reason I can't find the link now. Get well soon Shane.

After the heat 12 3-3, where we really needed a 5-1, I thought that was it, having to face Cook and Lambert in 13 & 15, but write this team off at your peril, boy did they dig deep and pull off a wonder. One very lonely, unhappy rider in the pits tonight was Ty, last time I saw a rider like that was the evening before Lewis Rose "took a break" from speedway. He has been our "superguest" for several seasons and normally rides our track well, I understand why you want him dropped, but think he's really down in the dumps.

My advice to you is this, buy a pair of plimsolls laced not elastic, black obviously unless you are playing tennis, wear these just until you can make up your mind. Would look a knockout with coloured laces
