Anyone got a link? My Virginmedia app is down.

Thanks, So we are basically looking at: Nicki Pedersen Mikkel Michelsen Anders Thomsen I would say seeing how Michelsen only got 30 points so far, then he probably doesn't get in. NP is the guy who has the best case to trump Thompson, especially as he pulled out of the Danish Championships after 2 rides plus he looked competitive in the SEC and finished sixth and only 1 point behind MM despite missing a meeting. Those averages also show how gutted Jack Holder would have been that Fricke won last night.
-
Thought I would make a new thread as this discussion is crossing over two other threads. So obviously the top 6 isn't finalised. But I can't see anyone from Fricke upwards missing out. (Fricke may well have missed out before last night but basically sealed his WC by actually winning a GP) So that leaves: Zmarzlik Woffinden lindgren Janowski Madsen Doyle Vaculik Sayfutdinov A Laguta Fricke Lambert Zagar Berntzon Kasprzak So we basically have one spot, although having written it down, do both Artem and Emil get picks if they both finish outside the top 6? (Poland 3, GB 2/Sweden/Aus/Rus 2, Slovenia/Slovakia/Den 1) Have to say, it does basically means who is the best Dane? Would have to say Thomson as Danish Champion would be favourite. I reckon if he had made a semi in his two WC appearance he would be a shoe-in. Do we have a Danish rider breakdown of the Extraliga averages anywhere?

Mine as well (presuming Bertzson beats Skorja)

That's a really horrible one. Any word on Adam? Guessing he is in that Ambulance.
-
Think he knew that he had nowhere to go except get way off the throttle and end up way off the back because of the way KK ended up in front of him. Think he took his chances with a 1st bend bunching call and didn't get it.
-
Watch KK finish last here and lose in a run-off now
-
Whatever anyone's thoughts about KK in the GP's. No-one can question his desire to get back. Completely boarded Fricke.

Mikkelsen throwing the cat among the pigeons there.

I can't see (& don't trust) the BSPA to have either the foresight or ability to pull this off. But with Lambert qualified, Tai surely having no interest in traipsing to Croatia for a meeting he will, at a bare minimum, expect to not need and the only other British rider currently riding (Bewley) injured and back home. This presents a brilliant chance to salvage something from 2020: A one-off, behind closed doors, 'British Qualifier' for the spot in Gorican, which can be streamed online.

Rest of the GP series

How having 3/5/6 rounds in Poland have any less integrity than a one off World Final? -
Yeah sorry, for some reason it'll crash now if you attempt to change the save file name within the game. So need to change the file name in the 'Names' file and the actual save game file in the folder.

ride2002.dat Fingers crossed that worked.

Had already started trying to fix the issues. I have it working now. If I can work out how on earth you upload things to dropbox I will send it. Although I can send the base file by email in the meantime.

I will do if I can complete it. Think I have hit on another snag. Think there is a minimum amount of riders total. Leaves me 8 short now.

Going to replace Broc Nicol (Wolves) with Aaron Fox (Retired) instead of Max Ruml (Unattached) meaning I need one more unattached. This will be Nick Agertoft (the Birmingham rider from last year) Then here is the retired list I am adding: Patryk Dudek 8 13 Piotr Pawlicki 8.36 13 Przemysław Pawlicki 7.2 13 Joonas Kylmakorpi 7.27 13 Rune Holta 5 8 Christian Hefenbrock 5 8.09 Patrick Hougaard 6.76 11 Ales Dryml 5 8 Lukas Dryml 6.06 9 Aleksander Čonda 4 5 Sebastien Tresarrieu 5 8 Oliver Allen 4 4.04 Simon Stead 6 8.74 Morten Risager 5 7.76 Chris Schramm 4 5 Lewis Blackbird 5 7.13 Leigh Lanham 4 5.58

Would love it if you could share those.

Looks like, if you take the fact that some teams DO have more than 7 riders, there are about 19 that need to be replaced for the game to work
-
Thanks for the Excel file, going to go through the list and work out what is needed to be done to extinguish all duplicate riders.
-
There are two issues I can see with that approach and that's the issue people have with building a new team at the start (not major) and the second is the fact that once that 1st season is underway the riders can then move where they please, thereby stopping the workaround completely (much more major). Depending on other peoples views, I personally think the best option will be to decide which club each of these duplicates ride for and then think of a replacement (either in the game but not at a club or not in the game at all) for each of these riders. I'm more than willing (once I get some time) to play a couple of months into an opening season, use that to work out which riders are in there multiple times and work out possible other options.
