  2. Jeez.............what chance does Jim Lynch really have with the marvellous support that is being shown here??! If Nicholls and Harris can do what they are perfectly capable of doing around Coventry, then England (+ Scotland's number 1!) have a great chance of getting to the final. As Jim said last night, there is no quick fix. If they are to be successful alot will depend on the continuing development of Tai and Eddie. If, in the next 2 years, they can step up to be as good as their potential then all of sudden the team has a chance. And I can totally understand picking a larger squad. Gives the younger riders a chance to sample this kind of occassion and also get more advice on setups for tracks abroad and in general. William Lawson learned so much from the likes of Peter Karlsson at Wolves, so I reckon he would learn alot from this experience as well - so how is that a bad thing??
  3. Thanks!! I was worried he'd managed to get through the whole series uninjured and then done damage in his very last race!! Phew!!! Well done to Aaron though - looking good now for his debut UK season.
  4. The rules change all the time for these things. I agree that it should've went on when they met for who went through.
  5. Really??!! A new sport then.......because speedway is 4 laps!!!
  6. Thanks for the individual scores Mitch! I'd buy you a beer when you are at Armadale in March, but it'll have to be a coke until you're 18
  7. Thanks so much for the updates, spiderweb!! Looks like it will be close tonight. Would be good if Chris didn't win it tonight, just for a change!! Or can he do the perfect score - 5 rounds out of 5??!
  8. Wow!! Go Kyle Legault! Anyone know if Henrik Moller rode??
  9. Thank you so much for the photos Iris! We are so proud of Henrik over here in Scotland for what he has achieved today!
  10. The Edinburgh Monarchs were very interested in bringing him over to ride for them this season, but he wants to finish his schooling first. Frede Schott recommended him for the Scottish Open and as PaulCo said, once he found his feet he was superb. Wonderful style + super fast gating = SUPER HOT PROSPECT!! Would love to see him ride for the Monarchs, but he is destined for bigger things IMO.
  11. Well done to Cam and Stormy - good effort. Looks like Chris Holder will be taking the UK by storm in 2006!! Congrats to Chris. Oh! And unlucky Jason Doyle - that is bad luck.
