Pedersen is back to the #2 position tonight many a team manager would just go with the same riding order meeting to meeting but Rob Lyon certainly thinks whats best on the night , he has contributed so much to the success of the Panthers this season and just hope hes there next season as the main man running the show again for Buster or whoever hes a vital piece in the cog of the engine room of the team and i dont think the Panthers would be were they are without him . Sorry Lynn fans hes got to stay at Peterborough now .

It certainly has but cant just assume that will continue , Sheffield last time , Holder was missing so they will be stronger this time and Harris is not as reserve ,would help if Pedersen scores big in the last 3 meetings to keep him out of the reserve berth.

Panthers need Pedersen and Jorgensen on the pace , if Connor Mountain rides like he did at BV he will be a bonus as dont expect Andersen to be quite so effective as hes been recently , getting the point will be better than relying on race points to claim top spot if the win isnt within there grasp.

The 2 meetings between Peterborough and Sheffield Thursday and Monday will most likely see were the land lies with if Peterborough finish top and who they might pick, Peterborough can afford to lose at Sheffield but must pick up the point , then hopefully win there 2 remaining home matches . Last time Panthers went to Sheffield Holder was missing and Harris was reserve so its not the foregone conclusion of a win for Panthers this time around as has been said theres still work to be done to reach the top for Panthers. . Of course all the fun would start if any of the Panthers 3 remaining matches fall foul to the weather as it would leave little time to rearange a meeting.

Nicholls hasnt ridden that well in both fixtures at Monmore this year think most Panthers fans would of expected him to be scoring better than he has done and be the trump card he did well in his temporary stint at Wolves but other than the one gate that won him his race against Masters he was quite poor compared to MPT for example ,Harris is Harris now was poor against BV away when expected to score well but excellent last night its on the night sometimes with any rider, Heat 13 rerun was uncomfortable initially as Harris and Andersen were on the wrong parts of the track inside and out as soon as they swapped over it was a relief as could see a coming together otherwise . MPT has quitely gone about his business very well this season hes getting closer to Ostergaard's average which thankfully wont cause an issue if he goes above him before the Play offs in terms of RR choices only in the fact he will ride at number one which hes not done much of at all. Pedersen likely to be reserve soon which will nullify the reserve advantage but hope he can up his scoring as Andersen or Harris did when having there stints at reserve. Need at least a point at Sheffield thursday then hopefully win the last 2 home matches, will be interesting the thoughts of everyone if they need 3pts to go top in last home match thats against Kings Lynn , the conspiracy theory's and all !!!

The number 7 on Panthers kevlars comes with a hidden nitro switch he will just need to be shown how to use it to its best effect

And to think if Buster had purchased Ipswich it could of been far worse Lynn wanted Bjarne he chose Peterborough whose to say that others preferred to ride at Peterborough also Harris Nicholls or MPT Buster may of allocated an equal budget to both teams but maybe it was sponsorship gained and not just Buster's cash that allowed.Peterborough to invest in the team they have had this year .

Sheffields home Sunday meeting v Kings Lynn isn't sheduled until September 26th as today is the 10th is Poole 15 days in the future down on the south coast

Maybe if Peterborough lose in semi's there could be a series of east anglian triangle meetings to end the season .

With the way he bends the rules will give Poole a run for there money if nothing else
